延長(zhǎng)干熄爐系統(tǒng)年修周期的實(shí)踐探索

【摘要】:干熄焦技術(shù)是目前國(guó)內(nèi)外冶金行業(yè)最先進(jìn)的熄焦技術(shù),干熄焦與濕熄焦相比在提高焦炭質(zhì)量、改善環(huán)境、回收能源方面存在很大的優(yōu)勢(shì),目前干熄焦作為冶金行業(yè)比較重要的節(jié)能和環(huán)保技術(shù)得到了廣泛認(rèn)可,在國(guó)內(nèi)外得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。受干熄爐內(nèi)部分耐火材料使用壽命的限制,必須定期對(duì)干熄爐進(jìn)行停爐檢修。通常干熄爐每隔1.5年左右檢修一次,每次檢修歷時(shí)30天左右,這不僅浪費(fèi)了大量的人力、物力、財(cái)力,同時(shí)給高爐生產(chǎn)帶來(lái)不便。本論文總結(jié)了干熄爐的主要結(jié)構(gòu),概括了干熄爐系統(tǒng)的易損部位,對(duì)干熄爐內(nèi)耐火材料損壞原因進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)干熄爐內(nèi)耐火材料的使用情況及研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行介紹,總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)延長(zhǎng)干熄爐斜道區(qū)使用壽命的相關(guān)方法。本論文結(jié)合包鋼125t/h干熄焦裝置的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)并對(duì)其歷年檢修進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)干熄爐斜道區(qū)牛腿的損壞是影響包鋼干熄焦年修周期的主要因素,其次是一次除塵器內(nèi)部耐火材料的損壞;對(duì)干熄爐內(nèi)使用的耐火材料的理化性能進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)測(cè)定,得出這部分耐火材料各項(xiàng)理化指標(biāo)均達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求;將氮化硅結(jié)合碳化硅磚這一新型耐火材料與傳統(tǒng)碳化硅磚的理化性能進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,得出氮化硅結(jié)合碳化硅磚理化指標(biāo)綜合性能明顯好于碳化硅磚;氮化硅結(jié)合碳化硅磚在包鋼125 t/h干熄焦裝置年修過(guò)程中成功應(yīng)用于斜道區(qū)牛腿部位,有效延長(zhǎng)了牛腿的使用壽命;同時(shí)在包鋼2號(hào)干熄焦裝置年修過(guò)程中成功對(duì)干熄爐及一次除塵器關(guān)鍵部位進(jìn)行改進(jìn),對(duì)檢修過(guò)程遇到的實(shí)際問(wèn)題予以解決,為延長(zhǎng)其使用壽命提供保障;結(jié)合包鋼2號(hào)干熄焦裝置斜道區(qū)損壞形式對(duì)斜道區(qū)進(jìn)行受力分析,得出牛腿磚損壞主要是其受剪應(yīng)力及在升溫降溫過(guò)程中牛腿拱水平環(huán)向產(chǎn)生拉應(yīng)力所致,同時(shí)給出相應(yīng)解決方案;通過(guò)對(duì)干熄焦氣體循壞系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵部件的改進(jìn),有效延長(zhǎng)了這些部件的使用壽命;通過(guò)優(yōu)化干熄焦相關(guān)生產(chǎn)操作保障干熄焦系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定;最后,通過(guò)介紹在線和停爐兩種方式對(duì)包鋼干熄爐內(nèi)部耐火材料進(jìn)行檢查,實(shí)現(xiàn)了包鋼干熄焦裝置的年修周期顯著延長(zhǎng)。這些,為有效延長(zhǎng)干熄爐系統(tǒng)年修周期提供實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)和理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Dry coke quenching is the most advanced coke quenching technology in metallurgical industry at home and abroad. Compared with wet coke quenching, dry quenching has great advantages in improving coke quality, improving environment and recovering energy. At present, as an important energy saving and environmental protection technology in metallurgical industry, coke dry quenching has been widely recognized and widely used at home and abroad. Limited by the service life of some refractories in the dry quenching furnace, the dry quenching furnace must be shut down and overhauled regularly. The dry quenching furnace is usually overhauled once every 1.5 years, which lasts about 30 days, which not only wastes a lot of manpower, material and financial resources, but also brings inconvenience to the production of blast furnace. This paper summarizes the main structure of the dry quenching furnace, summarizes the vulnerable parts of the dry quenching furnace system, analyzes the causes of the damage of the refractory material in the dry quenching furnace, and introduces the usage and research progress of the refractory material in the dry quenching furnace. The related methods for prolonging the service life of ramp section of dry quenching furnace in China are summarized. This paper combines the technical characteristics of 125t/h dry coke quenching device in Baotou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd, and makes a statistical analysis of its maintenance over the years. It is found that the damage of the corbel leg in the ramp area of the dry quenching furnace is the main factor affecting the annual repair period of the dry coke quenching unit in Baotou Iron and Steel Co. Secondly, the damage of refractory material inside the primary dust collector; The physical and chemical properties of the refractories used in the dry quenching furnace were tested, and the results showed that all the physical and chemical indexes of the refractories met the design requirements. The physical and chemical properties of silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide brick are compared with that of traditional silicon carbide brick. The comprehensive properties of silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide brick are obviously better than that of silicon carbide brick. Silicon nitride combined with silicon carbide brick was successfully used in the annual repair of 125t / h dry coke quenching unit in Baotou Iron and Steel Co. At the same time, the key parts of dry quenching furnace and primary dust collector are improved successfully in the annual repair process of No.2 coke quenching unit of Baotou Iron and Steel Co., and the practical problems encountered in the maintenance process are solved to provide guarantee for prolonging its service life. Combined with the damage form of ramp of No.2 coke quenching device of Baotou Iron and Steel Co., the stress analysis of the ramp area is carried out. It is concluded that the damage of the corbel brick is mainly caused by shear stress and the horizontal tensile stress of the corbel arch in the process of heating and cooling. At the same time, the corresponding solutions are given. By improving the key components of the system, the service life of these components is effectively prolonged, and the stability of the coke quenching system is ensured by optimizing the production operation of the coke quenching system. Finally, the internal refractories of Baotou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd are inspected by on-line and shutdown methods. The annual repair period of Baotou Iron and Steel Co. These provide practical experience and theoretical basis for effectively prolonging the annual repair period of dry quenching furnace system.
