【摘要】：“仿牛仔”風(fēng)格的成型針織服裝創(chuàng)新研究主要是針對梭織牛仔面料的視覺效果進(jìn)行模仿,有梭織牛仔面料的肌理、彈性好、手感比牛仔柔軟、穿著舒適等特點(diǎn)。本文研究主要從紗線應(yīng)用、面料組織設(shè)計、后整理方法三個方面進(jìn)行歸納,從而對“仿牛仔”風(fēng)格成型針織服裝進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新設(shè)計。紗線分為常規(guī)紗線、段染紗線、縮絨紗線等方面進(jìn)行研究,組織結(jié)構(gòu)是通過對仿梭織牛仔面料的組織進(jìn)行研究和分析�！胺屡Ｗ小背尚歪樋椃b圖案的創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用會從常規(guī)牛仔面料延伸到“仿牛仔”印花、仿水洗幾何拼接、仿漸變水洗等方面進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新設(shè)計。通過資料的收集和整理,總結(jié)出”仿牛仔”風(fēng)格的成型針織服裝的設(shè)計思路及方法。并以此為基礎(chǔ)給針織設(shè)計師和牛仔設(shè)計師提供寶貴的參考資料,不僅豐富和發(fā)展針織成型服裝的設(shè)計,同時對傳統(tǒng)梭織牛仔的設(shè)計創(chuàng)新也提供了新的思路和途徑。
[Abstract]:The innovation research of "imitation denim" style is mainly aimed at simulating the visual effect of woven denim fabric. It has the characteristics of texture, elasticity, softer hand than denim, comfortable wearing and so on. In this paper, the yarn application, fabric organization design and finishing method are summarized, and the innovative design of "imitation denim" style knitted clothing is carried out. The yarn is divided into conventional yarn, dyed yarn, shrinkage yarn and so on. The innovative application of "imitation denim" knitted garment pattern will be extended from conventional denim fabric to "imitation denim" printing, imitating washing geometric splicing, imitating gradient washing and so on. Through collecting and sorting out the data, the design ideas and methods of "imitation cowboy" style knitted garments are summarized. On this basis, it provides valuable reference materials for knitting designers and denim designers. It not only enriches and develops the design of knitted garments, but also provides new ideas and ways for the design innovation of traditional woven denim.
