鉆機(jī)柴油機(jī)與電動(dòng)機(jī)并車監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的研究
[Abstract]:Energy saving and emission reduction is an important basic national policy of our country, and it is also the basic requirement for us to implement the scientific development view, improve the quality and benefit of economic development and enhance the core competitiveness. Oil and gas industry is one of the supporting points of our economy, but because of its high energy consumption and high emission, it is also one of the major energy saving and emission reduction areas in China. Diesel engine is a large energy consumption equipment in drilling field, especially when the diesel engine and diesel engine or motor need to be driven side by side. At present, it mainly depends on manual resolution to increase or reduce the number of parallel diesel engines. This method can easily lead to uneven distribution of diesel engine power and a large amount of energy consumption. The development of parallel monitoring system in accordance with current demand has great influence on energy saving and emission reduction of oil and gas industry. On the basis of extensive investigation, this paper expounds the current research situation of parallel vehicle monitoring at home and abroad, and summarizes the current development trend in this field. The torque monitoring of drilling rig diesel engine based on strain torque sensor is designed. The monitoring scheme of diesel engine speed monitoring based on Hall speed sensor and the wireless transmission of engineering parameters based on Zigbee protocol and the parallel drive scheme based on gear drive are presented. The hardware and software of the system are analyzed and designed in detail. The selection of the related devices and the design and making of the circuit schematic diagram are completed. The monitoring system and the parallel train system software are programmed by using the IAR Embedded Workbench software. The sensor was calibrated and the principle of diesel engine and motor was tested in the laboratory. The correctness and feasibility of the method are verified by the experiment of the principle of parallel operation in the laboratory. It shows that the monitoring system of diesel engine and motor in this paper is correct, the structure design is reasonable, and the design index of the laboratory is reached. The research results of this paper have some practicability and good application prospect, which lays a foundation for further practical research.
