牛仔褲個(gè)性化定制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and the arrival of the information age, people's living standards and material needs have undergone great changes. According to the analysis of Maslow's hierarchy of needs, people are now in the demand level of respect and self-realization. People hope to express their uniqueness through clothing and gain confidence and respect from others. The traditional mass customization style is single, the size is average, can not meet people's demand for self-realization and individuation, the traditional customization mode can realize the integration demand, but the time consuming is longer and the cost is high. Denim clothing as the most popular form of clothing, express its characteristics of washing links with the theme of the environmental protection era contrary. In order to solve the above problems, the paper puts forward the jeans personalized customization system, and analyzes the system components and specific implementation methods in detail, and verifies the feasibility of the system by using three-dimensional simulation software. The system mainly includes three parts: the convenient expression system of style drawing, the automatic printing method and the virtual washing method. In the establishment of the convenient expression system of style drawing, a three-layer design model is put forward. The model divides the garment elements into three categories, defines the parameter value and the corresponding value of each element, and establishes the database separately. The system enables users to participate in the design, and improves the clothing satisfaction and emotional added value. According to the proportion relation, the mathematical relationship between pattern drawing and pattern is established, and the knowledge base of pattern is formed by using computer algorithm to code pattern design method, and the basic pattern is modified according to the body data provided by the user. Realize the automatic generation of fit pattern. The virtual washing module provides a simple tool for drawing washing patterns and provides a method for automatic washing. Finally, the paper simulates the wearing effect of jeans by using the "WYSIWYSIWYG" 3D fitting software, and analyzes the pressure and looseness of each part, which verifies the feasibility of the system. In this study, the design method of individualized customization system provides some theoretical basis for the transformation and upgrading of garment industry, and provides a way of thinking for the cleaner production of denim clothing.
