天然染料的提取及對(duì)蛋白質(zhì)纖維的染色研究

【摘要】:使用微波提取法對(duì)植物大黃及茜草進(jìn)行提取,通過(guò)測(cè)定提取液染色后羊毛的K/S值,探究了溶劑體積分?jǐn)?shù)、提取時(shí)間、溫度及功率對(duì)提取效果的影響,優(yōu)化了提取工藝。天然染料大黃及茜草對(duì)真絲織物進(jìn)行染色,研究了染料用量及染色時(shí)間、溫度、pH值對(duì)染色效果的影響,優(yōu)化了染色工藝。探索了四種天然染料的拼色性能。使用無(wú)甲醛固色劑對(duì)染色后羊毛纖維進(jìn)行固色處理,研究了固色處理后羊毛纖維K/S值及各項(xiàng)色牢度變化。利用HPLC法測(cè)定大黃提取物中蒽醌類化合物的含量。結(jié)果如下:大黃及茜草微波提取優(yōu)化工藝:乙醇體積分?jǐn)?shù)40%,提取時(shí)間6 min,提取溫度90℃,提取功率450 W;乙醇體積分?jǐn)?shù)60%,提取時(shí)間5 min,提取溫度90℃,提取功率400 W。大黃及茜草對(duì)真絲織物染色優(yōu)化工藝:染色時(shí)間65 min,染色溫度90℃,pH=4;染色時(shí)間30 min,染色溫度95℃,pH=4。四種天然染料可以相互拼混染色。固色劑1:大黃染色毛線的濕摩擦牢度能提高至4~5級(jí);茜草染色毛線的棉沾色牢度能提高一級(jí);冰島衣染色毛線色牢度無(wú)太大變化;改性靛藍(lán)染色毛線的棉沾色、毛沾色及褪色牢度均能提高一級(jí)。固色劑2:大黃染色毛線的干摩擦牢度提高一級(jí);茜草及冰島衣染色毛線的色牢度無(wú)太大變化;改性靛藍(lán)染色毛線濕摩擦、毛沾色及褪色牢度均提高一級(jí)。大黃固體染料中含有大黃素1.31%,大黃酚0.86%,大黃素甲醚0.25%,蘆薈大黃素0.06%,大黃酸0.02%。

The effects of dye dosage, dyeing time, temperature and pH value on the dyeing effect were studied, and the dyeing process was optimized. The color blending properties of four kinds of natural dyes were studied. The changes of K / S value and color fastness of dyed wool fiber were studied by using formaldehyde-free fixing agent. The content of anthraquinones in rhubarb extract was determined by HPLC.
