柔順光潔紡紗方法的研究及實踐

【摘要】:環(huán)錠紡是目前使用最廣泛的紡紗方式,占據(jù)了主要的市場份額,但其成紗毛羽較多,嚴重影響了后道工序的加工生產(chǎn)。本文以纖維素纖維在加熱條件下力學(xué)性能的變化和原有柔順光潔成紗機理為理論基礎(chǔ),提出了溝槽集聚式柔潔紡和約束式柔潔紡兩種解決方案并對原有裝置的改造,通過紡紗實踐改善了纖維素纖維柔潔紡成紗性能,并且優(yōu)化了柔潔紡織物各項性能,為該技術(shù)的推廣應(yīng)用提供了理論支撐。在原有的柔順光潔成紗原理基礎(chǔ)上,提出了在成紗段添加紗線接觸式溝槽,通過觸式溝槽協(xié)同作用能增強對紗條外層纖維的摩擦控制,以減少成紗毛羽,使紗線結(jié)構(gòu)更緊密耐磨;分析了約束式柔順光潔成紗原理,得出了在約束桿捻阻作用下,紗條在與柔順光潔處理面接觸的過程中能獲得更多的捻回數(shù),從而減少毛羽,提高成紗品質(zhì)穩(wěn)定性。利用機械設(shè)計,模具成型等手段,以原有下壓式柔順光潔紡紗裝置為基礎(chǔ),設(shè)計出了溝槽集聚式柔順光潔紡紗及約束式柔順光潔紡紗兩種新型柔潔紡成紗裝置,結(jié)構(gòu)簡易,安裝方便,在保留原裝置安裝操作簡易的同時,提升裝置對紗線品質(zhì)優(yōu)化幅度。通過使用兩種新型柔順光潔紡紗裝置進行紡紗實踐,結(jié)果表明,兩種新型柔潔紡紗方式與原紗相比,筒紗3mm毛羽減少幅度能達到50%以上,溝槽集聚式柔潔紡特別適用于減少剛度較大的纖維原料的成紗毛羽,同時,兩種新型柔潔紡紗方式能提高成紗拉伸性能。探究了溝槽集聚式和約束式柔潔紡紗方式的紡紗工藝,結(jié)果表明:集聚溝槽和約束桿距離熨燙工作面越近,成紗毛羽下降率越高,溝槽深度為0.6毫米時,成紗毛羽、條干、拉伸性能達到最優(yōu)狀態(tài);使用雙約束桿成紗毛羽優(yōu)化作用最明顯,限位約束桿與熨燙工作面相對高度越大,紗線與熨燙面接觸就越緊密,利于減少成紗毛羽,提高強力。對柔潔紡紗線進行針織和機織試織,并測試織物的各項性能指標,結(jié)果表明,使用新型柔潔紡織物相比環(huán)錠紡織物具有更好的抗頂破性能,柔潔紡織物的透氣透濕性能更佳,由于柔潔紡紗線的成紗殘余扭矩更小,其針織物緯斜也更小。
[Abstract]:Ring spinning is the most widely used spinning method at present, which occupies the main market share, but its yarn hairiness is more, which seriously affects the processing and production of the later process. Based on the change of mechanical properties of cellulose fiber under heating condition and the mechanism of smooth and smooth yarn formation, two solutions are put forward in this paper, which are groove agglomeration flexible spinning and constrained flexible clean spinning, and the revamping of the original unit. Through spinning practice, the spinning properties of cellulosic fibers were improved, and the properties of soft and clean fabrics were optimized, which provided theoretical support for the popularization and application of this technology. On the basis of the original principle of smooth and smooth yarn formation, it is put forward that adding yarn contact groove to the yarn section can enhance the friction control of yarn outer fiber through the synergistic action of touch groove, so as to reduce yarn hairiness. The yarn structure is made more tightly and wear-resistant, and the principle of constrained smooth and smooth yarn formation is analyzed. It is concluded that the yarn can obtain more twist return number in the process of contact with the smooth and smooth treatment surface under the action of twist resistance of the restrained rod, thus reducing hairiness. Improve yarn quality stability. By means of mechanical design and mould forming, two new types of soft and clean spinning devices, such as grooves agglomeration and constraint smoothing spinning, are designed on the basis of the original pressure-type smooth and smooth spinning device. The structure is simple and easy. Easy to install, easy to install while retaining the original installation, improve the range of yarn quality optimization. The results show that the 3mm hairiness decreases by more than 50% between the two new types of flexible and clean spinning methods compared with the original yarn, through the spinning practice of two new types of flexible and smooth spinning devices. The results show that the 3mm hairiness of the two new types of yarns can be reduced by more than 50% compared with the original yarn. Grooves agglomeration softness spinning is especially suitable for reducing yarn hairiness of fiber materials with high stiffness. At the same time, two new types of flexible and clean spinning methods can improve the tensile properties of yarn. The spinning process of groove-gathering and constrained flexible and clean spinning is investigated. The results show that the closer the gathered grooves and the binding rods are to the ironing face, the higher the hairiness reduction rate of the yarn is. When the groove depth is 0.6 mm, the yarn hairiness and the sliver are dry. The optimum state of tensile property is reached, and the optimum effect of yarn hairiness is most obvious by using double constraint bar. The higher the relative height of limiting bar and ironing face is, the closer the contact between yarn and ironing surface is, which is conducive to reducing yarn hairiness and increasing strength. In this paper, the knitting and weaving test of soft and clean spinning yarn were carried out, and the properties of the fabric were tested. The results showed that the new type of soft and clean textile fabric had better resistance to piercing than ring spinning fabric, and the air and moisture permeability of soft and clean textile fabric was better than that of ring spinning fabric, and the air and moisture permeability of the new type of textile fabric was better than that of ring spinning fabric. The yarn residual torque is smaller and the weft skew of knitted fabric is smaller.
