滌綸織物阻燃拒水—浴整理研究

【摘要】:在我國,用于制作軍用背囊的材料一般是滌綸織物。軍用背囊雖然只是輔助作戰(zhàn)的工具,但是為了保護士兵的安全,所使用的織物不僅要求強度高、重量輕,還需具備阻燃、拒水等功能。通常情況下拒水整理會影響阻燃效果。為了滿足實際需要,使滌綸織物同時具備良好的阻燃和拒水功能,對其進行阻燃拒水一浴整理。本文使用不同種類的阻燃劑和拒水劑,以浸軋→烘干→焙烘的工藝對滌綸織物進行后整理。對于阻燃整理和拒水整理,分別討論不同試劑的整理效果,并針對試劑的用量、焙烘溫度和焙烘時間進行單因素實驗,得出阻燃整理和拒水整理較優(yōu)的工藝條件。在此基礎(chǔ)上進行阻燃拒水兩浴分步整理和一浴整理試驗,分析對滌綸織物進行阻燃和拒水復合整理的可行性。結(jié)果表明,先進行阻燃整理后進行拒水整理會影響織物的阻燃性;先進行拒水整理再進行阻燃整理存在織物難以浸軋阻燃整理液的問題。阻燃拒水一浴整理的可行性高于兩浴分步整理。選擇阻燃性能較好的阻燃劑SY-AF(濃)和RUCO-FLAM VOD,分別與不同種類的拒水劑進行一浴整理試驗,篩選出較優(yōu)的試劑組合。在此基礎(chǔ)上針對阻燃劑用量、拒水劑用量、焙烘溫度和焙烘時間四個影響因素設計4因素4水平正交試驗,研究整理后織物的燃燒性能、拒水性能以及其他力學性能。通過實驗確定阻燃拒水一浴整理的最佳配方為阻燃劑RUCO-FLAM VOD 300 g/L,拒水劑SY-0950 g/L。最佳工藝:110℃烘干180s,170℃焙烘120s。整理后的滌綸織物續(xù)燃時間為2.49s,損毀長度7.7 cm,拒水性能達到3級,力學性質(zhì)優(yōu)良。
[Abstract]:In our country, the material used to make military rucksack is polyester fabric. Although the military rucksack is only a tool to assist in combat, in order to protect the security of soldiers, the fabrics used need not only high strength, light weight, but also the functions of flame retardant and water repellent. Generally speaking, water repellent finishing will affect the flame-retardant effect. In order to meet the practical needs and make polyester fabric have good flame retardant and water repellent functions, the flame retardant and water repellent one-bath finishing was carried out. In this paper, polyester fabric was treated with different kinds of flame retardants and water repellent agents. For flame retardant finishing and water repellent finishing, the finishing effects of different reagents were discussed, and the optimum technological conditions of flame retardant finishing and water repellent finishing were obtained by single factor experiments on the dosage of reagents, curing temperature and curing time. On this basis, the flame retardant and water repellent two-bath finishing and one bath finishing test were carried out to analyze the feasibility of flame retardant and water repellent composite finishing of polyester fabric. The results showed that the flame-retardant finishing followed by water-repellent finishing would affect the flame-retardance of the fabric, and the problem that it was difficult for the fabric to impregnate and roll the flame-retardant finishing solution existed in the first water-repellent finishing and then flame-retardant finishing. Flame retardant water repellent one-bath finishing is more feasible than two-bath step-by-step finishing. The flame retardants SY-AF and RUCO-FLAM VODs with better flame retardancy were selected and treated with different water repellent agents in one bath respectively, and the better combination of reagents was selected. On this basis, four factors and four horizontal orthogonal tests were designed to study the combustion performance, water repellent property and other mechanical properties of the finished fabric, aiming at the four factors which affect the amount of flame retardant, water repellent agent, curing temperature and baking time. The optimum formulation of flame retardant and water-repellent one-bath finishing is Ruco -FLAM VOD 300 g / L and water repellent SY-0950 g / L. The best process is to dry 180 s or 170 鈩,
