基于腳部生理及物理特征的跑步襪開(kāi)發(fā)

【摘要】:為了科學(xué)的設(shè)計(jì)出高性能跑步襪的功能結(jié)構(gòu),就必須了解人體腳部靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)下的生理及物理特征。為此本文展開(kāi)了一系列的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,并最終設(shè)計(jì)出功能性跑步襪的產(chǎn)品方案。主要研究步驟是:1)通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究法了解足部在跑步運(yùn)動(dòng)中的運(yùn)動(dòng)特征及損傷類(lèi)型;2)通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究法分析人體在跑步運(yùn)動(dòng)過(guò)程中足部肌肉、關(guān)節(jié)、足底壓力及溫度的變化特點(diǎn);3)通過(guò)測(cè)量實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象下肢網(wǎng)格長(zhǎng)度,獲取足部在不同運(yùn)動(dòng)姿勢(shì)下的體表變化,發(fā)現(xiàn)距骨和脛骨折疊處、后跟韌帶兩側(cè)部位的伸縮變化較大;4)通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)法研究跑步時(shí)足部的熱濕變化規(guī)律,發(fā)現(xiàn)足掌內(nèi)側(cè)的溫濕度要高于外側(cè),前足掌內(nèi)側(cè)和中足掌內(nèi)側(cè)是發(fā)熱出汗最多的區(qū)域,并歸納出足部熱濕功能分區(qū);5)以跑步狀態(tài)下足部的生理及物理特征為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合基礎(chǔ)樣板,完成高性能跑步襪的款式設(shè)計(jì)和制作;6)通過(guò)主觀評(píng)價(jià)來(lái)驗(yàn)證高性能跑步襪能夠滿(mǎn)足穿著舒適度、吸濕排汗、穩(wěn)定肌肉、減少運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷等需求。
[Abstract]:In order to scientifically design the functional structure of high performance running socks, it is necessary to understand the physiological and physical characteristics of human feet under static and dynamic conditions. In this paper, a series of experimental studies were carried out, and finally the product scheme of functional running socks was designed. The main research steps are: (1) to understand the movement characteristics and injury types of foot in running by literature research) to analyze the muscles and joints of feet during running by literature research. The variation of plantar pressure and temperature (3) by measuring the length of the lower extremity grid, the surface changes of the foot in different motion positions were obtained, and the fold of the talus and tibia was found. Through the experimental study of the heat and humidity changes of the foot during running, it was found that the temperature and humidity of the medial metacarpal of the foot were higher than those of the outside, and the medial and medial of the forefoot and the medial of the middle metacarpal were the areas with the most fever and sweating. And induces the foot heat and humidity function partition 5) based on the physiological and physical characteristics of the foot under the running state, combined with the basic model, The design and manufacture of high performance running socks are completed. Through subjective evaluation, it is verified that high performance running socks can meet the requirements of wearing comfort, absorbing moisture and sweating, stabilizing muscles and reducing sports injury.
