基于吳越文化的餐飲器具設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:就設(shè)計(jì)本身來說,其最突出的特點(diǎn)為前瞻性,也就是憑借一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)物體為基礎(chǔ),來開發(fā)不存在的事物或者形式。站在這個角度來說,設(shè)計(jì)過程可以被看作是一個不斷發(fā)展、不斷突破以及不斷創(chuàng)新的過程。世間萬物都是在不斷地進(jìn)行運(yùn)動變化,因而設(shè)計(jì)也在不斷的發(fā)生變化,無論是設(shè)計(jì)方法,還是設(shè)計(jì)思維都是處在不斷的變化當(dāng)中,可以說設(shè)計(jì)過程是一個憑借空間以及時間為基礎(chǔ),不斷發(fā)展、以及聯(lián)系的過程。目前學(xué)術(shù)界對于設(shè)計(jì)的研究主要體現(xiàn)在下述幾個方面:怎樣從傳統(tǒng)文化中挖掘出有價值的靈感,進(jìn)而化成設(shè)計(jì)理念;怎樣將現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)與傳統(tǒng)文化進(jìn)行思維轉(zhuǎn)換;怎樣將創(chuàng)新思維運(yùn)用至設(shè)計(jì)當(dāng)中等,只要能夠完美的解決上述問題,就一定能夠促進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)展。本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)主要研究的是憑借吳越文化以及傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)思想為基礎(chǔ),再借助設(shè)計(jì)研究法以及分類歸納法,以此來全面挖掘吳越文化中具有一定價值的思想文化以及獨(dú)特內(nèi)容,使之能夠完美的融入進(jìn)現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)當(dāng)中,進(jìn)而確,F(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)和吳越文化之間能夠形成有效的延伸、轉(zhuǎn)換以及連接,最終構(gòu)建出一套科學(xué)、合理以及完善的研究體系。就我們的日常生活來說,一日三餐是必不可少的,而在吃飯的時候餐飲器具也同樣是必不可少的,因此站在這個角度來說,餐飲器具幾乎貫穿著人類發(fā)展的始終,擁有著悠久以及厚重的歷史文化內(nèi)涵。本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)主要以餐飲器具為設(shè)計(jì)對象,以期能夠借此載體來傳播吳越文化。經(jīng)過不懈地努力,本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)主要得到了下述研究成果:第一,憑借文化遺產(chǎn)以及文化層次分類手段為基礎(chǔ),創(chuàng)建一個關(guān)于吳越文化知識的體系框架,同時再借助一定的技術(shù)手段來科學(xué)劃分吳越文化的特色元素,進(jìn)而能夠?qū)窃轿幕陌l(fā)展歷史、主要內(nèi)容、特色元素以及文化脈絡(luò)等方面有一個詳盡的了解。第二,充分借助“文化產(chǎn)品特色-設(shè)計(jì)思考轉(zhuǎn)化”的設(shè)計(jì)理念,站在文化產(chǎn)品三個層次的角度,深入探究產(chǎn)品所具有的本質(zhì)屬性,盡可能的借助設(shè)計(jì)思維,將文化元素完美的運(yùn)用到設(shè)計(jì)的各個層面,進(jìn)而極大地提高了設(shè)計(jì)的文化內(nèi)涵以及藝術(shù)氣息。第三,憑借吳越文化為基礎(chǔ),對此課題進(jìn)行深入探究,將設(shè)計(jì)過程看作是探索以及實(shí)踐的過程,充分結(jié)合實(shí)踐操作、理論知識以及感性認(rèn)識,來深入探究設(shè)計(jì)的過程,同時將內(nèi)心的靈感、想法以及即時思維,快速的記錄下來,再進(jìn)行綜合處理分析,進(jìn)而構(gòu)建出了一套較為科學(xué)、合理以及完善的設(shè)計(jì)研究方法體系。
[Abstract]:As far as design itself is concerned, its most prominent feature is foresight, that is, the development of nonexistent things or forms based on certain realistic objects. From this point of view, the design process can be seen as a process of continuous development, breakthrough and innovation. Everything in the world is constantly moving and changing, so design is constantly changing, both design methods and design thinking are in constant change. It can be said that the design process is a process based on space and time, continuous development, and connection. The current academic research on design is mainly reflected in the following aspects: how to excavate the valuable inspiration from the traditional culture and turn it into the design idea, how to transform the modern design into the traditional culture, and how to change the thinking between the modern design and the traditional culture. How to apply innovative thinking to design, as long as the above problems can be solved perfectly, will certainly promote the development of design. The main research of this graduation project is based on Wu Yue culture and traditional design thought, and then by means of design research method and classification induction method, in order to fully excavate the thought culture and unique content of Wuyue culture with certain value. So that it can be perfectly integrated into the modern design, and then ensure that the modern design and Wuyue culture can form an effective extension, transformation and connection, and finally build a scientific, reasonable and perfect research system. As far as our daily life is concerned, three meals a day are essential, and so are the dining utensils when we eat. Therefore, from this point of view, the food and beverage utensils are almost throughout the development of human beings. Has a long and heavy historical and cultural connotations. This graduation design mainly takes the dining utensils as the design object, in order to spread the Wu Yue culture by this carrier. Through unremitting efforts, this graduation project has mainly obtained the following research results: first, based on cultural heritage and cultural hierarchy classification means, to create a system framework about Wuyue cultural knowledge, At the same time, we can scientifically divide the characteristic elements of Wuyue culture by certain technical means, and then we can have a detailed understanding of the development history, main content, characteristic elements and cultural context of Wuyue culture. Second, with the help of the design concept of "cultural product characteristics-design thinking transformation", from the perspective of three levels of cultural products, we should deeply explore the essential attributes of products, and make use of design thinking as far as possible. The cultural elements are applied perfectly to all levels of design, thus greatly improving the cultural connotation and artistic flavor of design. Thirdly, on the basis of Wu and Yue culture, the design process is regarded as a process of exploration and practice, and the process of design is deeply explored by combining practical operation, theoretical knowledge and perceptual knowledge. At the same time, the inner inspiration, ideas and instant thinking are recorded quickly, and then comprehensive processing and analysis are carried out, and then a scientific, reasonable and perfect design research method system is constructed.
