基于Powermill的五軸加工中心后處理研究

【摘要】:五軸數(shù)控加工中心是解決精密模具的成型件、精密儀器設(shè)備、航空、航天器零部件的重要設(shè)備之一。相對于普通三軸數(shù)控加工而言,五軸數(shù)控加工編程更加復(fù)雜,難度大,一般都需要借助自動編程軟件來完成。通過自動編程軟件編程所產(chǎn)生的刀路必須經(jīng)過后置處理變換為數(shù)控機床能辨認(rèn)的數(shù)控代碼之后,才能對零件進行加工。但對于大多數(shù)自動編程軟件來說,所配備的后置處理程序無法滿足不同機床的需求,因此,根據(jù)五軸數(shù)控加工中心結(jié)構(gòu)和系統(tǒng),開發(fā)專用的后置處理程序便成了數(shù)控加工中的一個重要環(huán)節(jié)。本文針對由德馬吉公司生產(chǎn)的DMU50五軸數(shù)控加工中心(配Siemens840D數(shù)控系統(tǒng)),對其后置處理進行了研究,制訂出專用的后置處理文件,并利用VERICUT虛擬仿真軟件對后置處理文件的正確性進行了驗證。具體研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)闡述了常見五軸數(shù)控加工中心的結(jié)構(gòu)特點,對論文中研究的DMU50五軸數(shù)控加工中心的機床結(jié)構(gòu)及機床參數(shù)進行了具體分析。(2)對五軸數(shù)控加工中心坐標(biāo)變換、機床運動求解以及非線性運動誤差校驗等后置處理中的相關(guān)技術(shù)進行了研究,針對論文研究的DMU50五軸數(shù)控加工中心,通過理想化的運動學(xué)求解得到了各軸坐標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)換的計算公式。(3)對PM-post后置處理模塊的設(shè)置方法與流程進行了研究,根據(jù)DMU50五軸數(shù)控加工中心的相關(guān)參數(shù),完成了配備Siemens840D系統(tǒng)的五軸加工中心專用后置處理文件的開發(fā)。(4)基于Powermill編制葉片零件加工程序,利用本文所開發(fā)的后置處理文件進行后置處理,生成相應(yīng)的數(shù)控代碼。并通過Vericut虛擬仿真軟件完成了葉片的仿真加工,檢驗了 DMU50數(shù)控加工中心后置處理文件的正確性。本文研究的專用后置處理文件可在配備Siemens840D數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的DMU50五軸數(shù)控加工中心上直接使用,對基于Powermill的五軸數(shù)控加工中心后置處理開發(fā)具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:The five-axis NC machining center is one of the most important equipments to solve the problems of precision mould forming parts, precision instrument equipment, aeronautical and spacecrafts parts. Compared with common three-axis NC machining, five-axis NC machining programming is more complex and difficult, and it usually needs to be completed by means of automatic programming software. The tool path generated by automatic programming software must be transformed into NC code which can be recognized by NC machine before parts can be processed. But for most automatic programming software, the post-processing program can not meet the needs of different machine tools. Therefore, according to the structure and system of five-axis NC machining center, Developing special post-processing program has become an important link in NC machining. In this paper, the post-processing of DMU50 five-axis NC machining center (with Siemens840D NC system) produced by Demaghi Company is studied, and a special post-processing file is worked out. The correctness of post-processing file is verified by VERICUT virtual simulation software. The specific research contents are as follows: (1) the structural characteristics of the common five-axis NC machining center are expounded, and the machine tool structure and machine parameters of the DMU50 five-axis NC machining center studied in this paper are analyzed concretely, and the coordinate transformation of the five-axis NC machining center is carried out. The related techniques in post-processing such as machine tool motion solution and nonlinear motion error check are studied. Aiming at the DMU50 five-axis NC machining center studied in this paper, Through the idealized kinematics solution, the calculation formula of coordinate transformation of each axis is obtained. (3) the setting method and flow chart of PM-post post-processing module are studied. According to the relevant parameters of DMU50 five-axis NC machining center, The development of special post processing file for five-axis machining center equipped with Siemens840D system is completed. The machining program of blade parts is programmed based on Powermill. The post processing file developed in this paper is used for post processing and corresponding numerical control codes are generated. The simulation machining of blade is completed by Vericut virtual simulation software, and the correctness of post processing file of DMU50 NC machining center is verified. The special post processing file studied in this paper can be directly used in the DMU50 five-axis NC machining center equipped with Siemens840D NC system, which has certain reference value for the post-processing development of the five-axis NC machining center based on Powermill.
