【摘要】:隨著全球光學(xué)產(chǎn)業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,企業(yè)面臨著發(fā)展的歷史機(jī)遇,如何準(zhǔn)確把握企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì),制定出切實(shí)可行的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中求得生存和發(fā)展,是NHG公司目前迫切需要解決的實(shí)際問(wèn)題。本文通過(guò)對(duì)NHG公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究,為企業(yè)在參與市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)過(guò)程中提供了決策依據(jù),對(duì)于NHG公司健康、持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定、又好又快發(fā)展有著較強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。在總結(jié)前人以往研究成果和分析NHG公司發(fā)展面臨窘境的基礎(chǔ)上,本文從NHG公司的實(shí)際出發(fā),在研究競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略理論和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)理論基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用五力模型分析了NHG公司面臨的生存環(huán)境和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境,理清了 NHG公司發(fā)展光學(xué)材料的機(jī)會(huì)和威脅;在此基礎(chǔ)上,以企業(yè)價(jià)值鏈為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用VRIO框架,分析了企業(yè)資源的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),并對(duì)NHG公司發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、面臨的機(jī)會(huì)、威脅進(jìn)行組合分析,綜合比較,并根據(jù)戰(zhàn)略選擇擬定公司戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo):建設(shè)特色光學(xué)材料科研生產(chǎn)基地,打造專業(yè)化國(guó)際化知名光電企業(yè)。圍繞這一戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),結(jié)合企業(yè)資源實(shí)際,選擇了差異化戰(zhàn)略作為主要競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略并以戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟彌補(bǔ)企業(yè)資源的不足。并提出了落實(shí)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略的具體措施:優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、提高技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與研發(fā)能力、強(qiáng)化人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)與管理、加強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)運(yùn)作、完善組織結(jié)構(gòu)、信息化建設(shè)和品牌文化建設(shè)等,保障戰(zhàn)略落實(shí)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the global optical industry, enterprises are faced with historical opportunities for development. How to accurately grasp the competitive situation of enterprises, formulate a feasible competitive development strategy, and survive and develop in the market competition, Through the research on the development strategy of NHG Company, this paper provides the decision basis for the enterprise to participate in the market competition. It is healthy, sustainable and stable for the NHG Company. It is of great practical significance to develop well and rapidly. On the basis of summarizing the previous research results and analyzing the dilemma faced by the development of NHG Company, this paper starts from the reality of NHG Company and studies the competitive strategy theory and competitive advantage theory. This paper analyzes the living environment and competitive environment faced by NHG Company by using the five-force model, and clarifies the opportunities and threats of the development of optical materials in NHG Company. On this basis, based on the enterprise value chain, the VRIO framework is used. The advantages and disadvantages of enterprise resources are analyzed, and the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of NHG Company are analyzed and compared synthetically. And according to the strategic choice to formulate the company's strategic objectives: to build a special optical materials research and production base, to create a specialized international well-known photovoltaic enterprises. Around this strategic goal, combined with the actual enterprise resources, The differentiation strategy is chosen as the main competition strategy and the strategic alliance is used to make up for the shortage of enterprise resources. The specific measures to implement the enterprise competition strategy are put forward: optimizing the product structure, improving the technological innovation and R & D capability. Strengthen the development and management of human resources, strengthen the market operation, perfect the organizational structure, information construction and brand culture construction, and ensure the implementation of the strategy.
