面巾紙用柔滑劑的制備及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的日益增長,人們對生活質(zhì)量也越來越重視。作為直接消費(fèi)品的生活用紙如面巾紙、衛(wèi)生紙等的質(zhì)量要求也逐步提高。特別是面巾紙?jiān)谑褂眠^程中會(huì)多與人的口、鼻、眼等面部敏感皮膚直接接觸,對于面巾紙的柔軟性和順滑性的要求,就顯得尤為重要。研制與生產(chǎn)新型柔滑面巾紙,可以提高面巾紙的質(zhì)量和附加值,并滿足人們不同層次的消費(fèi)需求。本研究以開發(fā)一種面巾紙用柔滑劑為研究目標(biāo),首先采用轉(zhuǎn)相乳化法制備了一種氨基硅油乳液,考察了氨基硅油微乳化的最佳工藝條件。研究結(jié)果表明,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AE0-3和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX-10作為復(fù)合乳化劑,AEO-3與TX-10的質(zhì)量比為5:7,復(fù)合乳化劑用量為氨基硅油質(zhì)量的50%,體系的pH值為6.5,乳化溫度為30℃時(shí),可制得固含量為26.45%,平均粒徑為16.33nm的透明穩(wěn)定的氨基硅油微乳液。將氨基硅油微乳液采用噴涂的方式應(yīng)用于面巾紙成品表面,隨著氨基硅油微乳液噴涂量的增加,處理后的面巾紙柔軟性增加、摩擦系數(shù)降低、強(qiáng)度性能降低、親水性能降低。當(dāng)氨基硅油微乳液的噴涂量在4%~6%時(shí),面巾紙的技術(shù)指標(biāo)符合超柔型紙巾紙的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。為了進(jìn)一步提高面巾紙的柔滑性,將甘油加入到氨基硅油微乳化過程中。當(dāng)甘油用量為氨基硅油質(zhì)量的150%時(shí),可制備出固含量為39.57%,平均粒徑為11.68nm透明均勻穩(wěn)定的柔滑乳液。將柔滑乳液采用噴涂的方式應(yīng)用于面巾紙成品表面,隨著柔滑乳液噴涂量的增加,處理后的面巾紙柔軟性增加、摩擦系數(shù)降低、強(qiáng)度性能降低、親水性能略有降低。與氨基硅油微乳液噴涂處理面巾紙相比,柔滑乳液噴涂可使面巾紙的親水性能得到改善。柔滑乳液的噴涂量控制在6%左右,面巾紙的技術(shù)指標(biāo)符合超柔型紙巾紙的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。最后將柔滑乳液用計(jì)量泵將柔滑乳液與高壓水混合噴涂至紙機(jī)楊克烘缸上,用于抄造柔滑面巾紙,并考察了這種應(yīng)用方式對于面巾紙的柔滑性能、強(qiáng)度性能和親水性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,面巾紙的柔滑性能有了明顯提升,強(qiáng)度性能和親水性能略有下降,在涂布量為1.05%時(shí),柔軟度下降了 30.00%,柔軟度越低柔軟性越好,靜摩擦系數(shù)下降了 19.04%,動(dòng)摩擦系數(shù)下降了 25.99%,符合面巾紙的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)指標(biāo),適合運(yùn)用于工廠生產(chǎn)柔滑面巾紙。
[Abstract]:With the increasing economic level, people pay more and more attention to the quality of life. As direct consumer products, such as tissue paper, toilet paper and so on, the quality requirements are also gradually raised. Direct contact with sensitive facial skin, such as nose and eye, is particularly important for the softness and smoothness of tissues. The development and production of new types of soft tissues can improve the quality and added value of tissues. The aim of this study was to develop a softener for tissue paper. Firstly, a kind of amino silicone oil emulsion was prepared by phase inversion emulsification. The optimum conditions for microemulsification of amino-silicone oil were investigated. The mass ratio of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether AE0-3 and alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether TX-10 is 5: 7, the mass ratio of compound emulsifier to TX-10 is 5: 7, the dosage of compound emulsifier is 50% of the mass of amino-silicone oil, the pH value of the system is 6.5, and the emulsifying temperature is 30 鈩,
