原油碼頭油氣催化燃燒處理方法研究

【摘要】:本文主要通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外碼頭油氣回收治理技術(shù)進(jìn)行搜集資料,了解并分析了目前國(guó)內(nèi)外揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物回收方法主要有冷凝法、吸收法、吸附法、膜分離法以及其組合工藝方法。近年來(lái)我國(guó)的原油碼頭油氣回收設(shè)備設(shè)施已經(jīng)在逐步增加,設(shè)備類型也在不斷創(chuàng)新,大多數(shù)碼頭油庫(kù)儲(chǔ)運(yùn)公司也都以國(guó)內(nèi)自主研發(fā)為主。國(guó)內(nèi)碼頭油氣回收處理設(shè)備以活性炭吸附法為主,對(duì)船艙油氣進(jìn)行油氣回收處理,但是已然投入正常生產(chǎn)工作的卻是沒有先例。通過以興中公司原油碼頭油氣回收項(xiàng)目為案例進(jìn)行了較為具體地分析,進(jìn)一步了解了原油碼頭油氣回收系統(tǒng)。除了四種經(jīng)典的油氣回收方法以外,針對(duì)碼頭油氣的治理,原油碼頭大部分油氣中均含有硫成分,故本課題還研究了碼頭含硫油氣的脫硫方法。其中本課題重點(diǎn)主要研究了一種原油碼頭油氣催化燃燒處理的方法。介紹了催化燃燒法國(guó)內(nèi)外的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。到目前為止,國(guó)內(nèi)催化燃燒技術(shù)主要集中在兩個(gè)方面:一是催化劑及制備工藝;二是催化燃燒器及催化燃燒控制技術(shù)。對(duì)催化劑特性進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的研究,催化劑的載體以及催化劑的使用壽命直接與催化燃燒法整個(gè)成本相關(guān)。本課題主要自主研究設(shè)計(jì)了一種催化燃燒法處理油氣的系統(tǒng)設(shè)備,并設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)該設(shè)備可行性進(jìn)行測(cè)試,最終得出結(jié)論,該設(shè)備處理油氣效果達(dá)到國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。同時(shí),結(jié)果表明碼頭催化燃燒法適用于石油化工、制藥、印刷等行業(yè)排放的揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物VOCs的處理,催化燃燒凈化率極高,燃燒溫度低,無(wú)NO的生成,不會(huì)造成二次污染。因此,催化燃燒法也是實(shí)用于碼頭的油氣處理,催化劑能夠降低燃燒反應(yīng)活化能,使VOCs在較低溫度條件下發(fā)生完全氧化反應(yīng),并放出大量的熱量就能維持催化反應(yīng),節(jié)省能源。
[Abstract]:In this paper, through collecting data on oil and gas recovery and treatment technology of wharf at home and abroad, we understand and analyze the main recovery methods of volatile organic compounds at home and abroad are condensation, absorption and adsorption. Membrane separation method and its combination process. In recent years, the facilities of oil and gas recovery equipment of crude oil terminal in China have been gradually increased, and the types of equipment have been innovating. Most of the wharf oil storage and transportation companies also rely on domestic independent research and development. Domestic wharf oil and gas recovery and treatment equipment mainly uses activated carbon adsorption method to recover oil and gas from the cabin of the ship. But what has already been put into normal production has no precedent. By taking the oil and gas recovery project of Xingzhong Company's crude oil terminal as a case study, The oil and gas recovery system of the crude oil terminal is further understood. In addition to the four classical methods of oil and gas recovery, most of the oil and gas of the crude terminal contain sulfur in the management of the oil and gas of the terminal. Therefore, the desulfurization method of sulfur containing oil and gas in wharf is also studied in this paper, among which a method of catalytic combustion of oil and gas in crude oil terminal is mainly studied, and the development status of catalytic combustion method at home and abroad is introduced. Domestic catalytic combustion technology mainly focuses on two aspects: first, catalyst and preparation technology; second, catalytic burner and catalytic combustion control technology. The carrier of catalyst and the service life of catalyst are directly related to the whole cost of catalytic combustion method. Finally, it is concluded that the oil and gas treatment efficiency of the equipment meets the requirements of the national standard. At the same time, the results show that the terminal catalytic combustion method is suitable for the treatment of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emitted from petrochemical, pharmaceutical and printing industries. The catalytic combustion method is also suitable for oil and gas treatment of wharf because of its high purification rate, low combustion temperature and no formation, so the catalytic combustion method can reduce the activation energy of combustion reaction. When VOCs is completely oxidized at low temperature and a large amount of heat is released, the catalytic reaction can be maintained and energy can be saved.
