【摘要】:黃石地區(qū)招商引資力度的加大使黃石地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展,同時(shí)環(huán)境也遭到了惡劣破壞。鋁型材建設(shè)項(xiàng)目作為黃石地區(qū)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,在生產(chǎn)中會產(chǎn)生大量的含重金屬廢水、含塵廢氣和危險(xiǎn)固體廢物,會污染周圍的環(huán)境。尤其是鋁型材的洗滌廢水,在鋁型材表面處理過程中的酸蝕、堿蝕、氧化、著色、封孔和鈍化等環(huán)節(jié)后需清洗1~2遍,廢水產(chǎn)量多,成分復(fù)雜,其中的鎳、鉻等重金屬離子是持久性污染物,進(jìn)入環(huán)境后很難降解,會對環(huán)境造成長久的影響。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),近年來黃石市環(huán)境惡化嚴(yán)重,環(huán)境承載力減小。黃石市鋁型材廢水受納水域——大冶湖和保安湖,已無法滿足水域功能保護(hù)目標(biāo),加強(qiáng)污染源控制管理,改善大冶湖和保安湖的水質(zhì),保證水體質(zhì)量已刻不容緩。因此開展黃石地區(qū)鋁型材建設(shè)項(xiàng)目污染現(xiàn)狀分析與評價(jià)對實(shí)現(xiàn)黃石市鋁型材行業(yè)健康發(fā)展具有重要戰(zhàn)略意義。本文主要是在調(diào)查黃石市背景環(huán)境污染的基礎(chǔ)上,通過大量實(shí)地調(diào)查和專家咨詢,對黃石地區(qū)鋁型材建設(shè)項(xiàng)目污染現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究。論文的主要研究工作及結(jié)果如下:(1)初步總結(jié)了黃石地區(qū)鋁型材建設(shè)項(xiàng)目污染物排放現(xiàn)狀,對黃石市環(huán)境質(zhì)量狀況進(jìn)行了全面分析;(2)系統(tǒng)分析了黃石市鋁型材建設(shè)項(xiàng)目生產(chǎn)工藝流程,并對鋁型材生產(chǎn)過程中的污染源進(jìn)行了探討,針對廢物處理措施,以湖北卓群鋁業(yè)有限公司為例進(jìn)行了評價(jià);(3)最后從黃石市環(huán)境保護(hù)部門和鋁型材生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的角度提出黃石市鋁型材建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的污染防治對策。
[Abstract]:The Huangshi region, which has been attracting business and investment, has experienced rapid economic development, and the environment has also been badly damaged. As one of the pillar industries in the Yellowstone area, the aluminum profile construction project will produce a large amount of wastewater containing heavy metals in production. Dust-containing waste gas and hazardous solid waste will pollute the surrounding environment. In particular, waste water from washing aluminum profiles should be cleaned 1 or 2 times after acid corrosion, alkali corrosion, oxidation, coloring, sealing and passivation in the process of surface treatment of aluminum profiles. The waste water has a large output and complex composition. Among them, nickel, chromium and other heavy metal ions are persistent pollutants, which are difficult to degrade after entering the environment, which will cause a long-term impact on the environment. According to statistical data, the environment in Huangshi City has deteriorated seriously in recent years. The environmental carrying capacity of Huangshi aluminum profile wastewater is reduced. The water areas of Daye Lake and Baoan Lake in Huangshi City can no longer meet the targets of water function protection, strengthen the control and management of pollution sources, and improve the water quality of Daye Lake and Baoan Lake. It is urgent to ensure the quality of water body. Therefore, it is of great strategic significance to carry out the pollution analysis and evaluation of the aluminum profile construction project in Huangshi area to realize the healthy development of the aluminum profile industry in Huangshi City. This paper mainly focuses on the investigation of Yellowstone. On the basis of environmental pollution in the city background, Based on a large number of field investigations and expert consultation, the pollution status of aluminum profile construction projects in Huangshi area is systematically studied. The main research work and results are as follows: 1) the pollutant discharge status of aluminum profile construction projects in Huangshi area is preliminarily summarized. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the environmental quality situation of Huangshi City, and systematically analyzes the production process of the aluminum profile construction project in Huangshi City, and probes into the pollution sources in the process of aluminum profile production, aiming at the waste treatment measures. Taking Zhuoqun Aluminium Industry Co., Ltd. Hubei as an example, the paper evaluates the pollution prevention and control measures of Huangshi aluminum profile construction project from the point of view of Huangshi environmental protection department and aluminum profile production enterprise.
