刮板輸送機(jī)刮板鏈可靠性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系的研究

【摘要】:刮板輸送機(jī)故障是影響煤礦綜采工作面開機(jī)率、制約煤炭開采效率的主要因素。在刮板輸送機(jī)的故障中,以刮板鏈的故障最為常見。因此,開展刮板鏈的可靠性研究對于規(guī)避刮板鏈故障、提高刮板鏈壽命具有重要意義。雖然對于刮板鏈的可靠性研究,國內(nèi)外許多學(xué)者做了大量工作,但尚未形成完善的體系,也沒有實用的可靠性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范刮板鏈可靠性工作的實施。本文將重點研究礦用刮板輸送機(jī)刮板鏈可靠性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系的構(gòu)建和部分刮板鏈可靠性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定。首先,介紹刮板鏈和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系的相關(guān)知識,并總結(jié)分析當(dāng)前礦用刮板鏈存在的主要故障形式、原因和解決措施;其次,查找分析了現(xiàn)行刮板輸送機(jī)刮板鏈的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),指出當(dāng)前現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)存在的主要問題,總結(jié)歸納刮板鏈研發(fā)設(shè)計、生產(chǎn)制造、運輸貯存、使用維護(hù)4個全壽命周期階段的主要可靠性工作,構(gòu)建基于全壽命周期理念的刮板鏈可靠性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系;然后,繪制了刮板鏈可靠性工作大綱框圖,編制了刮板鏈可靠性工作項目應(yīng)用矩陣表,并對具體的可靠性工作項目進(jìn)行了篩選,制定刮板鏈可靠性工作大綱,對各項可靠性工作進(jìn)行了規(guī)范和解釋;最后,針對應(yīng)用實際,制定了刮板鏈可靠性設(shè)計評審標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、刮板鏈可靠性評價通則、刮板鏈產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量及可靠性目標(biāo)達(dá)成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、刮板鏈可靠性壽命試驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)共4項具體標(biāo)準(zhǔn),選取JOY-1250型刮板輸送機(jī)、Φ48×152圓環(huán)鏈進(jìn)行了可靠性壽命試驗的驗證,試驗數(shù)據(jù)顯示,刮板鏈平均無故障工作時間近似服從參數(shù)為723.26的指數(shù)分布,得到此型號刮板鏈平均無故障工作時間為723.26h,平均故障修復(fù)時間為6.33h,試驗具有一定的可行性,能夠在一定程度上指導(dǎo)刮板輸送機(jī)刮板鏈可靠性工作的實施。
[Abstract]:The fault of scraper conveyor is the main factor that affects the opening rate of coal mining face and restricts the efficiency of coal mining. In the fault of scraper conveyor, the fault of scraper chain is the most common. The research on the reliability of scraper chain is of great significance to avoid the fault of scraper chain and improve the life of scraper chain. Although many scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of work on the reliability research of scraper chain, it has not yet formed a perfect system. There is no practical reliability standard. This paper will focus on the construction of mine scraper conveyor scraper chain reliability standard system and the formulation of partial scraper chain reliability standard. This paper introduces the relevant knowledge of scraper chain and standard system, and summarizes and analyzes the main fault forms, causes and solving measures of current mine scraper chain. Secondly, it finds out and analyzes the relevant standards of scraper chain of scraper conveyor. This paper points out the main problems existing in the current standard, summarizes the main reliability work of the four life cycle stages of development and design, production and manufacture, transportation and storage, operation and maintenance of scraper chain, The reliability standard system of scraper chain based on the concept of whole life cycle is constructed, and then the frame diagram of the working outline of the reliability of scraper chain is drawn up, and the application matrix table of the reliability work item of scraper chain is worked out. The specific reliability work items are screened, the working outline of the reliability of the scraper chain is worked out, and the reliability work of the scraper chain is standardized and explained. Finally, according to the practical application, the evaluation criteria for the reliability design of the scraper chain are established. The general rules for reliability evaluation of scraper chain, the quality and reliability target of scraper chain and the test standard of reliability life of scraper chain are four specific standards. The reliability life test of JOY-1250 type scraper conveyor and 桅 48 脳 152 ring chain are carried out. The test data show that the average fault-free working time of scraper chain is similar to the exponential distribution of parameter 723.26, and the average fault-free working time of this type of scraper chain is 723.26 h and the average fault repair time is 6.33 h. The experiment is feasible. To a certain extent, the scraper conveyor can guide the implementation of the reliability of scraper chain.
