光致變色萘并吡喃的合成與表征

【摘要】:光致變色材料具有良好的應(yīng)用前景,廣泛應(yīng)用于信息儲存、樹脂鏡片、防偽材料等領(lǐng)域。萘并吡喃類化合物由于其良好的光響應(yīng)性及熱穩(wěn)定性受到人們越來越多的關(guān)注。人們在材料的使用過程中對材料表面的疏水疏油性能有著更高的要求。通過將光致變色材料與氟硅材料相互結(jié)合,實現(xiàn)普通基材不僅具有光致變色性能而且還具有良好的自潔性,增強了材料的實用性,使其具有更廣泛的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。以4,4’-二甲基二苯甲酮、乙炔鈉和丁二酸酯為主要原料,合成了一種萘并吡喃光致變色化合物,通過優(yōu)化合成步驟,使收率得到較大的提高。運用1HNMR、IR表征其分子結(jié)構(gòu),利用紫外分光光度儀對目標化合物的吸收光譜進行了研究,探究其光致變色性能。通過對介質(zhì)環(huán)境、光照時間、溶劑種類、化合物濃度等多方面因素對光致變色材料的變色性能進行了詳盡的分析,并且對其抗疲勞性能進行測定。另外以三種不同的異氰酸酯、含氟聚醚醇和Y-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)為主要原料,設(shè)計并合成三種氟硅聚合物,通過1HNMR、IR表征其化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu),并且優(yōu)化反應(yīng)及測試條件,以達到更好的疏水疏油性能。結(jié)果表明:3-異氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷與含氟聚醚醇反應(yīng)所得產(chǎn)物疏水疏油性能最佳,其最優(yōu)合成及測試條件為:以二月桂酸二丁基錫為催化劑,50℃的條件下反應(yīng)6h,產(chǎn)物配成0.3%的HFE-7100溶液,另加入0.05%的濃鹽酸溶液進行水解后,均勻噴涂在玻璃板上,150℃真空烘箱烘干3h,水接觸角值達114.5°,正十六烷接觸角達65.1°,疏水疏油性能良好。將萘并吡喃類化合物與氟硅涂覆材料結(jié)合起來,噴涂在玻璃板上,實驗結(jié)果表明,玻璃板表面不僅具有優(yōu)異的疏水性能,同時也具備良好的光致變色性能。
[Abstract]:Photochromic materials have a good application prospect, widely used in information storage, resin lenses, In the field of anti-counterfeiting materials, naphthalopyran compounds have attracted more and more attention because of their good photoresponse and thermal stability. The hydrophobic and oil hydrophobic properties of the materials are higher in the process of using the materials. By combining photochromic materials with fluorosilicon materials, The ordinary substrates not only have photochromic properties but also have good self-cleaning properties, which enhance the practicability of the materials and make them have a wider application field. The main raw materials are 4k4- dimethyl benzophenone, sodium acetylene and succinic acid ester. A naphthalopyran photochromic compound was synthesized and the yield was greatly improved by optimizing the synthetic steps. The molecular structure of the compound was characterized by 1H NMR-IR and the absorption spectrum of the target compound was studied by UV spectrophotometer. The photochromic properties of photochromic materials were analyzed in detail by means of various factors, such as medium environment, illumination time, solvent type, concentration of compounds, etc. In addition, three kinds of fluorosilicon polymers were designed and synthesized with three different isocyanates, containing fluoropolyether alcohol and Y aminopropyl triethoxysilane (KH 550) as raw materials, and their chemical structures were characterized by 1H NMRIR. The reaction and test conditions were optimized to obtain better hydrophobic and oil hydrophobic properties. The results showed that the hydrophobic and oil hydrophobic properties of the products obtained from the reaction of 1: 3-isocyanate propyl trimethoxy silane with fluoropolyether alcohol were the best. The optimum conditions for synthesis and measurement were as follows: the product was prepared into 0.3% HFE-7100 solution at 50 鈩,
