【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)文明有其正面效應(yīng),但是隨著人類實(shí)踐日深,其負(fù)面效應(yīng)也日益顯現(xiàn),以環(huán)境為核心的生態(tài)問題就是負(fù)面效應(yīng)最大表征,人類經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展與生態(tài)失和的矛盾引發(fā)了世界范圍內(nèi)的深深憂慮。當(dāng)前,我國正處于全面深化改革的重要時(shí)期,也是"十三五"全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)的決勝階段,生態(tài)退化、環(huán)境污染、資源短缺的交織給我國的各項(xiàng)事業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展帶來了強(qiáng)大阻壓力,不論是主觀上還是客觀上都要求及時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展理念和方式。中國共產(chǎn)黨站在為人民謀幸福、為國家謀富強(qiáng)、為民族謀振興的戰(zhàn)略高度,審時(shí)度勢地擘畫了 "美麗中國"的大美畫卷、提出了綠色發(fā)展的新理念。將綠色發(fā)展理念全面貫穿到"五位一體"的中國特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)當(dāng)中,這對于美麗中國建設(shè)具有重要的理論引領(lǐng)和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義,深刻關(guān)系到中華民族的永續(xù)發(fā)展。論文在以馬克思主義理論為根本指導(dǎo)下,并借鑒吸收中國傳統(tǒng)文化及西方近現(xiàn)代文化中關(guān)于生態(tài)思想的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、政治學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、生態(tài)學(xué)、數(shù)統(tǒng)等學(xué)科知識(shí),對于綠色發(fā)展理念視閾下的美麗中國建設(shè)作了系統(tǒng)的理論分析和整體框架組織工作。首先,從綠色發(fā)展理念和美麗中國兩個(gè)概念入手,對二者進(jìn)行了有關(guān)背景的提出、具體內(nèi)涵作了闡述,并指出了綠色發(fā)展理念與美麗中國之間的相互關(guān)系。其次,在遵循歷史與邏輯相統(tǒng)一的方法下,對于綠色發(fā)展理念視閾下美麗中國建設(shè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)進(jìn)行了綜合考量,總結(jié)了自黨的十八大以來美麗中國建設(shè)已取得的成就,并著重分析了在當(dāng)前建設(shè)美麗中國必須要面對的分別來自國內(nèi)外、主客觀的阻力與壓力,以及這些阻壓力背后的歷史與現(xiàn)實(shí)原因。再次,在前面研究工作的基礎(chǔ)之上,對綠色發(fā)展理念視閾下美麗中國建設(shè)的旨?xì)w、原則遵循、驅(qū)動(dòng)力、路徑依賴等核心內(nèi)容做了較全面論述,指出了人民幸福就是美麗中國建設(shè)的旨?xì)w所在,綠色化就是美麗中國建設(shè)的關(guān)健驅(qū)動(dòng)力,美麗中國建設(shè)必須在遵循"自然—人—社會(huì)"共生共榮根本原則以及"經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會(huì)效益、生態(tài)效益相統(tǒng)一""當(dāng)代人的生存發(fā)展與后代人的生存發(fā)展相公平"兩大基本原則下,將綠色發(fā)展理念和美麗中國全面貫穿、融入到"五位一體"事業(yè)中的基本路徑。研究綠色發(fā)展理念和美麗中國建設(shè),有利于更加清晰地看到現(xiàn)今我國綠色轉(zhuǎn)型所面臨的內(nèi)外部形勢以及未來國家和人民事業(yè)的走向,更好地發(fā)揮馬克思主義對中國具體實(shí)踐的指導(dǎo)以豐實(shí)馬克思主義中國化的內(nèi)容,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)人與自然、人與社會(huì)、人與人之間的和諧,增強(qiáng)對中國各項(xiàng)事業(yè)建設(shè)的自信。
[Abstract]:The traditional industrial civilization has its positive effects, but with the deepening of human practice, its negative effects are increasingly apparent. The ecological problem with the environment as the core is the biggest sign of the negative effects. The contradiction between the development of human economy and society and ecological disharmony has aroused deep concern in the world. At present, our country is in an important period of comprehensive deepening reform, and it is also the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way in the 13th Five-Year Plan. The combination of environmental pollution and shortage of resources has brought great pressure to the sustained development of various undertakings in our country. Both subjectively and objectively, the Communist Party of China (CPC) is standing for the well-being of the people by changing its concept and method of development in a timely manner. In the strategic height of seeking prosperity and strength for the country, and for the rejuvenation of the nation, the great United States picture of "beautiful China" has been painted according to the situation. A new concept of green development is put forward. The idea of green development is fully penetrated into the "five-in-one" cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which has important theoretical guidance and practical guiding significance for the construction of beautiful China. It is deeply related to the sustainable development of the Chinese nation. Under the guidance of Marxist theory and drawing lessons from the traditional Chinese culture and modern western culture, the thesis comprehensively applies economics and political science. The knowledge of sociology, ecology, mathematics and so on has made systematic theoretical analysis and overall framework organization for the construction of beautiful China from the perspective of green development concept. First, it starts with the concept of green development and the concept of beautiful China. This paper puts forward the related background of the two, expounds the specific connotation, and points out the relationship between the concept of green development and beautiful China. Secondly, under the method of unifying history and logic, This paper gives a comprehensive consideration to the realistic basis for the construction of beautiful China from the perspective of the concept of green development, and summarizes the achievements made in the construction of beautiful China since the 18 National Congress of the Communist Party of China. And it focuses on analyzing the historical and realistic reasons behind these obstacles, which must be faced by the construction of a beautiful China at home and abroad, and the subjective and objective resistance and pressure. Thirdly, on the basis of the previous research work, In this paper, the aim, principle, driving force and path dependence of the construction of beautiful China from the perspective of the concept of green development are comprehensively discussed, and it is pointed out that the happiness of the people is the purport of the construction of beautiful China. Green is the key driving force for the construction of beautiful China. The construction of beautiful China must follow the fundamental principle of "nature, man and society" co-prosperity, and "economic and social benefits." Under the two basic principles of "the survival and development of the present generation and the survival and development of the future generations are fair", the concept of green development and the beautiful China are comprehensively penetrated into the unity of ecological benefits. To study the concept of green development and the construction of a beautiful China will help us to see more clearly the internal and external situation facing the green transformation of our country and the future trend of the cause of the country and the people. Give full play to the guidance of Marxism to the concrete practice of China to enrich the content of Marxism in China, and then promote the harmony between man and nature, between man and society, between people and people, and strengthen the confidence in the construction of various undertakings in China.
