盤磨機(jī)磨區(qū)流場模擬及磨盤齒型優(yōu)化的研究

【摘要】:造紙用盤磨機(jī)作為過程流體機(jī)械的代表性設(shè)備,已廣泛應(yīng)用于制漿造紙領(lǐng)域,人們對其磨盤的材料、制造工藝、磨盤失效(磨損)機(jī)理、磨齒排列方式等方面進(jìn)行了廣泛研究,磨盤齒型的設(shè)計、選擇合理與否,將直接影響盤磨機(jī)打漿的質(zhì)量和能效。本文基于三維建模軟件SOLIDWORKS建立了制漿造紙用盤磨機(jī)常用的5種不同齒型的磨盤模型,并使用計算流體力學(xué)(CFD)軟件Flow Simulation對這5種磨盤進(jìn)行了內(nèi)部流場模擬和分析。通過只改變磨盤齒型排列的方式,對磨盤磨區(qū)內(nèi)漿料流速、流態(tài)以及磨齒表面受力的情況進(jìn)行模擬和分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)這5種齒型結(jié)構(gòu)所產(chǎn)生的磨漿效果差異明顯,各有優(yōu)劣,并在此研究的基礎(chǔ)上提出了一種新型磨盤,最后通過數(shù)控雕刻機(jī)將磨盤加工成型,以便后來研究者對盤磨機(jī)磨盤磨漿過程做進(jìn)一步的研究。本文的具體工作如下:(1)綜述了國內(nèi)外盤磨機(jī)磨盤設(shè)計理論及磨盤內(nèi)部流場數(shù)值模擬分析的研究現(xiàn)狀,磨盤齒型和排列結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計理論及其對磨漿過程的影響因素等。建立了盤磨機(jī)齒型設(shè)計參數(shù)及磨盤內(nèi)部流場計算機(jī)模擬的依據(jù),并闡述了本文研究的內(nèi)容及意義。(2)從漿料動力學(xué)原理的角度,對紙漿在磨盤齒槽內(nèi)的流動機(jī)理進(jìn)行了深入分析。明確了在復(fù)雜作用力的合力下,漿料在磨齒溝槽中的運(yùn)動趨勢,為解釋磨漿過程計算機(jī)模擬結(jié)果以及新磨盤齒型結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計提供了依據(jù)。(3)使用計算流體力學(xué)軟件Flow Simulation,采用單因素法,對目前常用的5種不同齒型結(jié)構(gòu)的盤磨機(jī)磨盤內(nèi)部以15%工作濃度的漿料進(jìn)行模擬分析,得到其內(nèi)部流場流速、流跡線和磨齒表面剪應(yīng)力的分布,橫向?qū)Ρ攘诉@5種不同齒型結(jié)構(gòu)的磨盤優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),探討了影響漿料流動狀態(tài)的規(guī)律。(4)基于前文研究結(jié)果,通過演化傳統(tǒng)磨盤齒型排列的方法,提出了一種新齒型磨盤。對新型磨盤內(nèi)部流場進(jìn)行計算機(jī)模擬,將模擬結(jié)果與前文中的5種常用磨盤進(jìn)行對比。新型磨盤內(nèi)部流場流動順暢,流速均勻,磨齒表面受力良好,達(dá)到了改進(jìn)提高的目的。(5)借助ArtCAM與Mach Mill輔助制造工具,使用CNC系統(tǒng),以無色透明有機(jī)玻璃為材料,對上述磨盤進(jìn)行了加工制造,為后期搭建可配合高速攝影機(jī)觀察磨漿過程的小型試驗(yàn)平臺打下了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:As the representative equipment of process fluid machinery, disk mill for paper making has been widely used in pulping and papermaking fields. The arrangement of grinding teeth has been extensively studied, the design of grinding disk tooth profile, the selection of reasonable or not. Based on the 3D modeling software SOLIDWORKS, the paper establishes five kinds of different tooth type grinding disk models used in pulping and papermaking disc mill. The internal flow field of the five kinds of discs was simulated and analyzed by using the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software Flow Simulation. Through the simulation and analysis of slurry flow velocity, flow state and the force on the surface of grinding teeth in the grinding area, it is found that the grinding effect of these five kinds of tooth structures is obviously different, and each of them has its own merits and demerits. On the basis of this research, a new type of grinding disc is proposed. Finally, the grinding disk is machined and shaped by numerical control engraving machine. In order to do further research on the grinding process of disc mill. The specific work of this paper is as follows: 1). The design theory of disc mill at home and abroad and the research status of numerical simulation analysis of internal flow field of disc mill are summarized. The design theory of tooth profile and arrangement structure of disc and its influence factors on the grinding process are discussed. The design parameters of tooth profile of disc mill and the basis of computer simulation of the flow field inside the disc are established. The content and significance of this paper are expounded. (2) from the angle of slurry dynamics principle, the flow mechanism of pulp in grinding disk slot is analyzed in depth, and the resultant force of complex force is defined. Movement trend of slurry in Grinding Groove. In order to explain the results of computer simulation of grinding process and the structure design of new grinding disk tooth shape, the single factor method was used to explain the results of computer simulation of the grinding process and the computational fluid dynamics software Flow simulation. The flow field velocity, flow trace line and shear stress distribution on the surface of five kinds of disc grinders with different tooth structure were simulated and analyzed with the slurry of 15% working concentration. The flow velocity, the flow trace and the shear stress distribution on the surface of the grinding teeth were obtained. The advantages and disadvantages of the five kinds of different tooth structure are compared and the rule of influencing the flow state of the slurry is discussed. Based on the results of the previous study, the traditional method of tooth shape arrangement of the grinding disc is evolved. In this paper, a new type of grinding disc is proposed. The flow field inside the new type disc is simulated by computer, and the simulation results are compared with the five kinds of commonly used grinding discs mentioned above. The flow field in the new type disc is smooth and the flow velocity is uniform. The surface of grinding teeth has good force, and the purpose of improvement and improvement is achieved. (5) with the aid of ArtCAM and Mach Mill, CNC system is used and colorless transparent plexiglass is used as the material. The grinding disc is manufactured, which lays the foundation for setting up a small test platform for observing the slurry process with high speed camera in the later stage.
