【摘要】:城市化是我國(guó)提高經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力、促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展、改善人民生活水平的必然選擇。然而,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)改革和工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的加快,我國(guó)的生態(tài)環(huán)境正面臨著空前的壓力,灰霾等空氣污染事件引發(fā)公眾關(guān)注。城市化與空氣質(zhì)量間相互作用并彼此影響,二者的關(guān)系復(fù)雜且長(zhǎng)期處于動(dòng)態(tài)變化之中。探索城市化與空氣質(zhì)量的相互作用關(guān)系、識(shí)別城市化過程中影響空氣質(zhì)量的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子,有助于人們正確認(rèn)識(shí)當(dāng)前城市發(fā)展與空氣污染的時(shí)空特征,輔助政府提出保護(hù)大氣環(huán)境、改善空氣質(zhì)量的對(duì)策。據(jù)此,本文構(gòu)建城市化與空氣質(zhì)量耦合關(guān)系模型,分析浙江省城市化與空氣質(zhì)量耦合協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系;運(yùn)用地理探測(cè)器探尋空氣質(zhì)量、PM2.5濃度的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子,分析風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子間的異同,提出針對(duì)性對(duì)策建議。具體研究?jī)?nèi)容有以下三方面:(1)從人口、經(jīng)濟(jì)、土地和社會(huì)角度選取和建立城市化指標(biāo)體系,以年均空氣質(zhì)量指數(shù)(AQI)表征浙江省空氣質(zhì)量水平,計(jì)算、分析浙江省2013年-2015年各市城市化水平、空氣質(zhì)量水平。(2)在城市化、空氣質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建浙江省城市化與空氣質(zhì)量耦合關(guān)系模型,定量分析浙江省2013年-2015年各市城市化與空氣質(zhì)量間的耦合協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系。(3)根據(jù)耦合協(xié)調(diào)度計(jì)算結(jié)果,將浙江省分為協(xié)調(diào)區(qū)(杭州、嘉興、寧波、舟山)、準(zhǔn)協(xié)調(diào)區(qū)(湖州、紹興、金華、溫州、臺(tái)州)、欠協(xié)調(diào)區(qū)(衢州、麗水)。采用地理探測(cè)器對(duì)2015年浙江省及其三分區(qū)進(jìn)行空氣質(zhì)量、PM2.5濃度的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子探測(cè),探究不同城市化發(fā)展階段的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子及其決定力的差異,識(shí)別風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)事件的相關(guān)趨勢(shì),評(píng)估雙因子交互后的共同作用會(huì)否增加或減弱對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)事件的解釋力,并提出針對(duì)性的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is the inevitable choice to improve the economic strength, promote the development of urban and rural areas and improve the people's living standard. However, with the acceleration of economic reform and industrialization, the ecological environment of our country is facing unprecedented pressure. Air pollution events such as haze have aroused public concern. Urbanization and air quality interact and affect each other. The relationship between them is complex and dynamic for a long time. To explore the interaction between urbanization and air quality and to identify the risk factors affecting air quality in the process of urbanization. It is helpful for people to correctly understand the space-time characteristics of urban development and air pollution and assist the government to put forward countermeasures to protect the atmospheric environment and improve air quality. In this paper, the coupling relationship between urbanization and air quality is established, and the coupling and coordination between urbanization and air quality in Zhejiang Province is analyzed. Using geographical detectors to explore the risk factors of air quality PM2.5 concentration, analyze the similarities and differences between risk factors, and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions. The specific contents of the study are as follows: 1) from the population. The index system of urbanization was selected and established from the angle of economy, land and society, and the average annual air quality index (AQI) was used to characterize the level of air quality in Zhejiang Province. This paper analyzes the urbanization level and air quality level of each city in Zhejiang Province from 2013 to 2015) based on the evaluation results of urbanization and air quality. The coupling model of urbanization and air quality in Zhejiang Province was constructed. Quantitative analysis of the coupling coordination relationship between urbanization and air quality in various cities of Zhejiang Province from 2013 to 2015) according to the calculation results of coupling coordination degree, Zhejiang Province is divided into coordination areas (Hangzhou, Jiaxing). Ningbo, Zhoushan, quasi-coordinated area (Huzhou, Shaoxing, Jinhua, Wenzhou, Taizhou, uncoordinated area (Quzhou, Lishui). Air quality of Zhejiang Province and its three subzones in 2015 using Geographic detector. " PM2.5 concentration of risk factors detection, explore the different urbanization stages of risk factors and their determinants, identify risk factors and risk events related trends. To evaluate whether the interaction of two factors will increase or weaken the explanatory power of risk events, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
