醋酸纖維素納米纖維膜的改性及性能研究

【摘要】:靜電紡絲是制備納米纖維最有效的方法之一,靜電紡絲納米纖維具有比表面積大、孔隙率高的優(yōu)點(diǎn),在重金屬離子吸附領(lǐng)域具有良好的應(yīng)用前景。采用靜電紡絲技術(shù)制備醋酸纖維素(CA)納米纖維膜、氨基化醋酸纖維素納米纖維膜以及碳納米管修飾的氨基醋酸纖維素納米纖維膜。主要工作包括以下部分:(1)醋酸纖維素納米纖維膜的制備。通過響應(yīng)面法分析不同因素(溶液濃度、電場強(qiáng)度、擠出速率和接收距離)對纖維直徑的影響。(2)氨基化CA納米纖維膜的制備。將CA納米纖維利用NaOH的醇溶液進(jìn)行脫乙;幚,然后在碳酸鈉催化作用下對其進(jìn)行反應(yīng),制備氨基化CA納米纖維膜。并利用掃描電子顯微鏡、紅外光譜、X射線光電子能譜等手段表征CA納米纖維膜的性能。(3)碳納米管修飾的氨基醋酸纖維素納米纖維膜。將氨基化醋酸纖維素和碳納米管在N,N-二環(huán)已基碳酰亞胺(DCC)作用后制備碳納米管修飾的氨基醋酸纖維素納米纖維,并通過不同的表征方法分析其性能。(4)三種不同的醋酸纖維素納米纖維膜對Cu2+、Pb2+吸附行為的研究。分析pH值、吸附時間和吸附溫度對吸附量的影響。通過等溫吸附模型、吸附動力學(xué)方程探討其對Cu2+、Pb2+的吸附行為。結(jié)果表明,三種納米纖維膜對重金屬Cu2+、Pb2+的吸附行為與準(zhǔn)二級吸附動力學(xué)匹配,屬于化學(xué)吸附;對Cu2+、Pb2+的吸附等溫線符合Langmuir方程。
[Abstract]:Electrostatic spinning is one of the most effective methods to prepare nanofibers. Electrostatic spinning nanofibers have the advantages of large specific surface area and high porosity. It has a good application prospect in the field of heavy metal ion adsorption. Cellulose acetate (CA) nanofiber membrane was prepared by electrostatic spinning technology. Cellulose aminoacetate nanofiber membranes and carbon nanotube modified cellulose aminoacetate nanofibers membranes. The main work includes the following parts:. Preparation of cellulose acetate nanofiber membrane. Different factors (concentration of solution) were analyzed by response surface method. The effect of electric field strength, extrusion rate and receiving distance on fiber diameter. (2) preparation of aminated CA nanofibers. CA nanofibers were deacetylated by alcohol solution of NaOH. The amino CA nanofiber membrane was prepared by the reaction of sodium carbonate catalyzed by sodium carbonate. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and infrared spectroscopy (IR) were used. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was used to characterize the properties of CA nanofibers. Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were modified by carbon nanotubes (CNTs). Carbon nanotube modified cellulose acetate nanofibers were prepared by the action of n-dicyclic hexyl carboimide (DCCs). The adsorption behavior of three different cellulose acetate nanofibers to Cu2 Pb2 was studied by different characterization methods. The pH value was also analyzed. The effects of adsorption time and adsorption temperature on adsorption capacity were studied. The adsorption behavior of Cu2 Pb2 was investigated by isothermal adsorption model and adsorption kinetics equation. The adsorption behavior of three kinds of nano-fiber membranes for heavy metal Cu2 Pb2 was matched with the quasi-second-order adsorption kinetics, so it belongs to chemical adsorption. The adsorption isotherm of Cu2 Pb2 accords with Langmuir equation.
