【摘要】:本文從織物浪費(fèi)的角度,分析了時(shí)尚創(chuàng)作方法和時(shí)尚設(shè)計(jì)思維,對(duì)零浪費(fèi)服裝設(shè)計(jì)的歷史進(jìn)行了追溯和分析,從古代“一片式”的零浪費(fèi)服裝到近現(xiàn)代經(jīng)過(guò)精密計(jì)算零浪費(fèi)服裝,以及有機(jī)材料的運(yùn)用對(duì)環(huán)境的零浪費(fèi),搜集了大量的圖片和案例,來(lái)佐證觀點(diǎn)。其次,本文將零浪費(fèi)服裝設(shè)計(jì)的方法進(jìn)行了梳理和歸類,通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)類型和方法技術(shù)的不同,總結(jié)出了“一片式”設(shè)計(jì)、拼圖式裁剪、鑲嵌法、DPOL技術(shù)、3D打印技術(shù)和零碎料的利用等方法,另外本文涉及到了面料改造的設(shè)計(jì)思維和方法,為本文的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐提供參考。在對(duì)零浪費(fèi)服裝設(shè)計(jì)的歷史淵源、設(shè)計(jì)理論和方法進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的總結(jié)后,本文參照理論方法進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐。在設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐中采用了對(duì)環(huán)境無(wú)殘留物的水洗棉和易分解的無(wú)紡布作為主要面料,主要目的在于對(duì)環(huán)境的友好性從而達(dá)到零浪費(fèi)。選擇了埃舍爾的平面鑲嵌圖形作為靈感源,利用蝴蝶作為單位圖形,在面料上進(jìn)行了周期性的填充,將圖案完全平鋪到面料上,無(wú)縫隙,再利用傳統(tǒng)剪紙的方式對(duì)圖案進(jìn)行裁剪,在服裝二維平面上進(jìn)行不規(guī)則的排列,具有節(jié)奏感,再進(jìn)行縫合,就成為了三維裝飾圖案。而在服裝樣板設(shè)計(jì)上,本文選用了較為簡(jiǎn)單的抹胸裙作為案例,抹胸裙樣板采用了直線設(shè)計(jì),巧妙的避開(kāi)了傳統(tǒng)紙樣袖籠和領(lǐng)口等部位的曲線設(shè)計(jì)造成的裁剪上的浪費(fèi),并且本紙樣設(shè)計(jì)沒(méi)有多余的預(yù)料,最終制作出了零浪費(fèi)設(shè)計(jì)的服裝。最后,在提出零浪費(fèi)設(shè)計(jì)方法的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)品牌提出了綠色營(yíng)銷理念的傳播和構(gòu)想,更加貼合實(shí)際運(yùn)用。
[Abstract]:From the point of fabric waste, this paper analyzes the fashion creation method and fashion design thinking, and traces and analyzes the history of zero waste clothing design. From the ancient "one-piece" zero waste clothing to the modern precision calculation zero waste clothing, as well as the use of organic materials to the environment zero waste, collected a large number of pictures and cases to support the view. This paper combs and classifies the method of zero waste clothing design, summarizes the "one piece" design, jigsaw cutting and mosaic DPOL technology through the difference of design type and method technology. 3D printing technology and the use of scrap, in addition, this article involves the fabric design thinking and methods, for the design of this article to provide a reference for the practice of the design of zero-waste clothing design in the history of origin. After a systematic summary of the design theory and method, the design practice is carried out with reference to the theory and method. In the design practice, washing cotton with no residue in the environment and non-woven fabric which is easy to decompose are used as the main fabric. The main purpose is to be friendly to the environment so as to achieve zero waste. Ethel's plane mosaic figure is chosen as inspiration source and butterfly is used as unit figure to fill the fabric periodically. The pattern will be completely tiled on the fabric, no gap, and then use the traditional paper-cut way to cut the pattern, in the clothing two-dimensional plane for irregular arrangement, with rhythm, and then suture. It has become a three-dimensional decorative pattern. And in the clothing template design, this paper selected a relatively simple brassiere skirt as a case, wearing a chest skirt template using a straight line design. Ingeniously avoided the traditional pattern sleeve cage and collar and other parts of the curve design caused by cutting waste, and this pattern design has no redundant expectations, and finally made a zero waste design clothes. Finally. On the basis of the zero waste design method, this paper puts forward the spread and conception of green marketing idea for brand, which is more suitable for practical application.
