【摘要】：基于面料幅寬的零浪費服裝結(jié)構(gòu)研究是指在完整的矩形面料上進(jìn)行服裝結(jié)構(gòu)制作時盡量使每一寸面料得到“物盡其用”的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計研究,其創(chuàng)新之處在于以靈感原型的結(jié)構(gòu)為基礎(chǔ),將設(shè)計思路的形成與設(shè)計制作修改同步進(jìn)行,不受傳統(tǒng)服裝設(shè)計方式與服裝結(jié)構(gòu)成型原理的制約,消融了設(shè)計與制版的界限,設(shè)計師有充分的想象空間去自由地表達(dá)其設(shè)計思維。本文從面料幅寬和服裝結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計這兩個概念的闡釋出發(fā),從歷史角度分析了面料幅寬在服裝結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中的地位,明確了服裝結(jié)構(gòu)外形是由面料幅寬決定這一關(guān)鍵結(jié)論后結(jié)合當(dāng)下服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的嚴(yán)重面料浪費問題,提出了在源頭解決服裝生產(chǎn)中面料浪費的方法——基于面料幅寬的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,并將此作為本文的研究中心,接著從東西方服裝歷史中尋找根據(jù)面料幅寬形成服裝結(jié)構(gòu)的歷史案例,同時收集并梳理了近現(xiàn)代服裝設(shè)計對這一理念進(jìn)行成功嘗試的設(shè)計師與設(shè)計作品,為本文中基于面料幅寬最大程度避免浪費的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計提供新的設(shè)計參考和創(chuàng)新設(shè)計實踐的可能性。最后在對前文進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,融合設(shè)計主題與靈感源以及現(xiàn)代流行元素進(jìn)行一系列的設(shè)計嘗試,最終制作了一系列基于面料幅寬零浪費的創(chuàng)意服裝結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計實踐。
[Abstract]:Study on the zero waste clothing structure based on fabric width refers to clothing production structure in rectangular complete on the fabric so that every inch of fabric "innovation design research material", its innovation lies in the structure of inspiration prototype based design form and design ideas of making changes simultaneously, is not restricted the traditional clothing design and clothing structure forming principle, ablation boundaries design and plate making, designers have enough imagination to freely express their design thinking. This paper from the fabric width and clothing structure design of the two concepts of interpretation, from the historical point of view, analyzes the position of fabric width in clothing structure design. Clearly, the clothing structure shape is a serious problem of waste fabric garment industry by combining the current fabric width determines the key conclusions, put forward in the source The first solution in the production of clothing fabric waste -- Based on the structure design of fabric width, and take this as the focus of this research, and then find the fabric width of clothing structure formed according to the history of the case from the eastern and Western clothing history, at the same time to collect and sort out the modern clothing design for designers and design works of this successful attempt a concept for the fabric width to maximally avoid provide new possibilities for the design reference and innovation design practice based on structural design of waste. Finally, based on the analysis on the above, integration design theme and source of inspiration and modern pop elements to a series of design, finally made a series of creative fashion the practice of structural design, fabric width based on zero waste.
