【摘要】:相互接觸的兩物體在發(fā)生相對運(yùn)動(dòng)過程中必然存在摩擦,摩擦、磨損與潤滑是正確認(rèn)識(shí)摩擦學(xué)的三個(gè)關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),合理減小摩擦磨損,改善摩擦副的潤滑狀態(tài)是延長機(jī)器服役壽命、提高工作效率、減小不必要經(jīng)濟(jì)損失的有效舉措。表面織構(gòu)作為一種仿生學(xué)技術(shù)已受到廣大學(xué)者重視,而固體潤滑相比液體潤滑展現(xiàn)出了更好的潤滑效果,表面織構(gòu)固體潤滑技術(shù)也就應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。本文結(jié)合有限元模擬、工藝技術(shù)和摩擦試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)開展了H13表面織構(gòu)固體潤滑的摩擦性能及機(jī)理研究。主要研究結(jié)論如下:首先,在建立環(huán)—環(huán)接觸的二維截面模型的基礎(chǔ)上,采用控制變量法從應(yīng)力的角度分析了織構(gòu)固體潤滑機(jī)理及織構(gòu)參數(shù)(直徑、深度和密度)對應(yīng)力的影響,結(jié)果表明,織構(gòu)的存在改變了接觸面間的應(yīng)力分布情況,緩解了接觸面間的應(yīng)力集中現(xiàn)象。然后設(shè)計(jì)了正交試驗(yàn)對織構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明,織構(gòu)參數(shù)對應(yīng)力的影響從小到大依次為直徑密度深度,且最優(yōu)的織構(gòu)參數(shù)組合為直徑140μm、密度23%、深度14μm。其次,使用K20-CS型光纖激光打標(biāo)機(jī)對H13試樣進(jìn)行表面織構(gòu)加工工藝研究。結(jié)果表明,表面織構(gòu)的幾何參數(shù)(直徑D和深度h)均隨著打標(biāo)機(jī)輸出功率的增大而增大;隨著打標(biāo)次數(shù)的增加,織構(gòu)深度幾乎呈線性增長,但直徑卻呈現(xiàn)出先增大后減小的變化趨勢;隨著激光掃描速度的增加,微織構(gòu)直徑呈增大的變化趨勢,而深度的變化卻是隨著激光掃描速度的增加而減小,且500mm/s掃描速度是微織構(gòu)直徑和深度顯著變化的轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn);激光微織構(gòu)在靠近微凹坑處的硬度有所增加,尤其是微織構(gòu)中的硬度較基體硬度提升了56.82%。利用“冷壓粘接法”對固體潤滑劑的填充工藝進(jìn)行了探討與表征,結(jié)果表明,在模具加壓的情況下,固體潤滑劑有較好的填充效果,該方法計(jì)算出的單個(gè)織構(gòu)的填充率約為96.35%,整體表面微織構(gòu)的填充率約為83.33%。最后,利用MWW-1A型微機(jī)控制萬能摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)進(jìn)行摩擦試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,在當(dāng)前實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下,其平均摩擦系數(shù)隨復(fù)合固體潤滑劑中MoS_2的質(zhì)量比的增加而呈現(xiàn)出先減小后增加的變化趨勢,且當(dāng)質(zhì)量比為40%時(shí),復(fù)合固體潤滑劑的潤滑效果最佳;四種不同織構(gòu)排布的平均摩擦系數(shù)從小到大依次為:環(huán)形排布,弧形排布,線性排布和方形排布;與其他試樣相比,織構(gòu)固體潤滑試樣的潤滑狀態(tài)最佳,摩擦系數(shù)和磨損均最小,且摩擦系數(shù)變化幅度受轉(zhuǎn)速和載荷變化影響較小。
[Abstract]:Friction, friction, wear and lubrication are the three key points of tribology to reduce friction and wear reasonably. To improve the lubricating state of friction pairs is an effective measure to prolong the service life of the machine, improve the working efficiency and reduce the unnecessary economic loss. Surface texture as a bionic technology has been paid attention to by many scholars. Compared with liquid lubrication, solid lubrication shows better lubrication effect, and surface texture solid lubrication technology emerges as the times require. This paper combines finite element simulation. The friction properties and mechanism of solid lubrication of H13 surface texture have been studied by technology and friction test system. The main conclusions are as follows: firstly, a two-dimensional section model of ring-ring contact is established. The mechanism of texture solid lubrication and the influence of texture parameters (diameter, depth and density) on the stress are analyzed from the stress point of view by the method of controlling variables. The results show that the influence of texture parameters (diameter, depth and density) on the stress is discussed. The existence of texture changes the stress distribution between the contact surfaces and alleviates the stress concentration between the contact surfaces. Then the orthogonal test is designed to optimize the texture parameters. The effect of texture parameters on stress is from small to large, and the optimum texture parameters are 140 渭 m in diameter, 23 in density and 14 渭 m in depth. The surface texture processing technology of H13 sample was studied by using K20-CS fiber laser marking machine. The geometric parameters (diameter D and depth h) of surface texture increase with the increase of the output power of marking machine. With the increase of marking times, the texture depth increases linearly, but the diameter increases first and then decreases. With the increase of laser scanning speed, the diameter of microtexture increases, while the depth decreases with the increase of laser scanning speed. The scanning velocity of 500mm / s was the turning point of the significant change in the diameter and depth of microtexture. The hardness of laser microtexture near the microcrater is increased. In particular, the hardness of microtexture is 56.82 higher than that of matrix. The filling process of solid lubricant is studied and characterized by "cold pressing bonding method". The results show that under the pressure of die, the filling process of solid lubricant is investigated and characterized. Solid lubricant has good filling effect. The filling ratio of single texture is about 96.35 and the filling rate of whole surface microtexture is about 83.33. finally. The friction test is carried out by using MWW-1A microcomputer controlled universal friction and wear tester. The results show that under the current experimental conditions. The average friction coefficient decreases first and then increases with the increase of mass ratio of MoS_2 in composite solid lubricant, and when the mass ratio is 40, the lubricating effect of composite solid lubricant is the best. The average friction coefficient of four different texture arrangement is as follows: ring arrangement, arc arrangement, linear arrangement and square arrangement; Compared with other samples, the texture solid lubrication samples have the best lubrication condition, the friction coefficient and wear are the smallest, and the variation of friction coefficient is less affected by the change of rotational speed and load.
