【摘要】：衛(wèi)生間是人們?nèi)粘Ｉ钪胁豢扇鄙俚幕顒?dòng)空間,洗漱臺(tái)作為浴室區(qū)域里的主體部分,使用頻率高,在這種潮濕環(huán)境下,要充分考慮環(huán)境因素對(duì)家具材料帶來(lái)的影響,因此材料的選擇要具備防潮、耐腐蝕、不膨脹、不脆化、硬度強(qiáng)等特性。同時(shí),考慮到整個(gè)產(chǎn)品的生命周期,在原材料得選擇上還要遵循生態(tài)環(huán)保,可持續(xù)發(fā)展這一概念。以生態(tài)木為原材料制作洗漱臺(tái)具有很大的優(yōu)勢(shì),生態(tài)木(Greener Wood)作為一種新型合成木材(30%PVC+69%木粉+1%色劑配方),是用木屑和廢舊塑料按照一定的比例混合加溫融合擠出注塑成型的方法,是一種新型綠色環(huán)保材料,生態(tài)木制品具有木材和塑料的雙重特性,可大量運(yùn)用于室內(nèi)外墻面裝飾和戶外園林公共設(shè)施,特別是易潮濕的環(huán)境。這個(gè)方面是實(shí)木材料和其它原木材料不敢企及的。生態(tài)木采用擠出成型工藝制造而成,可以根據(jù)需要對(duì)產(chǎn)品的色彩、尺寸、形狀進(jìn)行控制,使生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中最大限度的利用資源,起到節(jié)約資源作用,生態(tài)木是一種極具推廣的綠色、低碳、環(huán)保的材料。生態(tài)木材料工藝在洗漱臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)的應(yīng)用是本次課題的研究的重點(diǎn),利用生態(tài)木材料的特性分別對(duì)產(chǎn)品的尺寸、功能、形態(tài)、成型工藝進(jìn)行分析設(shè)計(jì)。在尺寸上,運(yùn)用人機(jī)工程學(xué)的理論,分析出使用群體所需的作業(yè)空間尺寸,分別為洗漱臺(tái)的高度、洗漱臺(tái)面的進(jìn)深和寬度;功能上,洗漱臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)還是更多考慮產(chǎn)品置物和儲(chǔ)物的功能,以滿足人們?nèi)粘５南词?形態(tài)上,由于生態(tài)木是木屑和PVC塑料混合加溫融合擠出成型工藝,可以將擠出的板材以拼接的方式進(jìn)行排列、組合創(chuàng)造肌理,生態(tài)木表面處理工藝采用熱轉(zhuǎn)印技術(shù),加入各種著色劑或覆膜,能夠制得色彩絢麗的各種制品,具有天然木質(zhì)紋理,來(lái)表現(xiàn)材料本身的自然肌理,展現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的形態(tài)美;成型工藝技術(shù)上,生態(tài)木擠出成型的板材大多采用插口、卡扣和榫接的方式進(jìn)行拼接,而且具有可拼、可鋸、可刨、可漆、可粘接的特點(diǎn),安裝省事省時(shí)、施工簡(jiǎn)便、提高工作效率。

It has great advantages to make washing table with ecological wood as raw material. Eco-wood Greener Wood is a new color agent formula for synthetic wood, 30% PVC 69% wood flour and 1% color agent. The application of eco-wood material technology in the design of washing table is the focus of this research. The size, function and shape of the product are analyzed by using the characteristics of eco-wood material. According to the theory of ergonomics, the size of the working space needed by the user group is analyzed, which is the height of the washing table, the depth and width of the washing table. On the function, the design of washing table still more consider the function of product store and store, in order to meet people's daily washing requirements; In form, because ecological wood is wood chip and PVC plastic mixed heating fusion extrusion process, the extruded plate can be arranged in the way of splicing, and the combination can create texture. Ecological wood surface treatment technology using heat transfer technology, adding a variety of colorants or film, can produce colorful products, with natural wood texture, to express the natural texture of the material itself. Show the beauty of product form; The forming technology, the ecological wood extrusion molding plate mostly uses the socket, the clasp and the tenon way to carry on the splicing, moreover has the splicing, may the saw, may planed, may paint, may stick the characteristic, the installment saves the time.
