【摘要】:近年來,經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展帶動一系列生態(tài)環(huán)境地質(zhì)問題。包括生態(tài)環(huán)境、資源配置、人口增長。如何實現(xiàn)協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展,越來越成為當(dāng)今社會發(fā)展的焦點和方向,如何發(fā)展環(huán)境友好型社會成為當(dāng)今世界的一個共同話題,如何合理配置資源,優(yōu)化資源體系,如何穩(wěn)定高效的發(fā)展,如何實現(xiàn)環(huán)境經(jīng)濟雙贏等一系列問題涌入當(dāng)今社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展藍(lán)圖。想要解決這些問題,需要建立在對生態(tài)環(huán)境地質(zhì)問題良好的認(rèn)識基礎(chǔ)上,綜合分析現(xiàn)存的生態(tài)環(huán)境地質(zhì)問題,才能提出符合實際的合理措施,進一步更有效更科學(xué)的保護生態(tài)環(huán)境地質(zhì)系統(tǒng)。本文主要針對山西省昌源河國家濕地公園生態(tài)環(huán)境地質(zhì)質(zhì)量進行定性定量的評估,利用層分析法,分析收集到的現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù),包括野外踏勘及柵格數(shù)據(jù),以野外露頭,地理信息系統(tǒng)為技術(shù)支撐,以灰度分析與模糊評估為理論手段,根據(jù)昌源河國家濕地公園的特性采用不同的評價單元并建立具有一定特點的評價體系,利用多元化的評價因子對各個評價單元進行綜合性評估,并就評估結(jié)果進行修復(fù)區(qū),緩沖利用區(qū)以及核心保護區(qū)進行科學(xué)的分區(qū),根據(jù)分區(qū)結(jié)果分析昌源河國家濕地公園范圍內(nèi)的地質(zhì)環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀,并就該現(xiàn)狀,為后期工程建設(shè)施工提出科學(xué)的建議和措施,論文主要內(nèi)容包括:(1)針對昌源河國家濕地公園所在區(qū)塊進行自然地理、社會經(jīng)濟、地形地貌、地層巖性、地質(zhì)構(gòu)造、水文地質(zhì)條件、土地利用現(xiàn)狀、地質(zhì)災(zāi)害、植被分布特點等進行研究背景描述與定性定量分析。(2)就該研究區(qū)內(nèi),針對不同的地質(zhì)災(zāi)害、資源的不合理配置、生物多樣性破壞、環(huán)境污染、不合理的開發(fā)和利用等多方面進行生態(tài)環(huán)境地質(zhì)問題評述并分析導(dǎo)致此類問題的歷史原因以及現(xiàn)階段惡化的主導(dǎo)因素,主要災(zāi)害包括河道形變、土壤沙化、水質(zhì)污染、濕地退化、地震泥石流等多種復(fù)雜問題。(3)針對生態(tài)環(huán)境地質(zhì)問題,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有已得資料,利用現(xiàn)代化技術(shù)對該地區(qū)進行分析,篩選可作為評估生態(tài)環(huán)境地質(zhì)質(zhì)量的評價因子,建立評價指標(biāo)及評價體系。(4)利用曬選后的評價因子建立相關(guān)評價體系,結(jié)合灰度模糊評估原理針對9個評價單元進行灰度評價定量分析,并進行工程施工進行分區(qū)評述。(5)針對分區(qū)評述結(jié)果,為后期工程建設(shè)施工提出可持續(xù)發(fā)展的生態(tài)環(huán)境保護措施和建議。(6)針對生態(tài)環(huán)境地質(zhì)質(zhì)量評估結(jié)果,并結(jié)合昌源河國家濕地公園的典型示范作用,目的在于充分利用現(xiàn)代技術(shù)手段,深刻探討當(dāng)今社會生態(tài)環(huán)境保護對我國生態(tài)環(huán)境的影響的啟示作用,并認(rèn)真思考我國現(xiàn)階段生態(tài)環(huán)境發(fā)展方向及熱點。
[Abstract]:In recent years, rapid economic development has led to a series of ecological and environmental geological problems, including ecological environment, resource allocation, population growth. How to achieve coordinated and unified sustainable development. More and more become the focus and direction of social development, how to develop an environment-friendly society has become a common topic in the world, how to allocate resources rationally, optimize the resource system, how to develop stably and efficiently. In order to solve these problems, a series of problems, such as how to realize the win-win situation of environment and economy, are pouring into the blueprint of social and economic development. To solve these problems, it is necessary to establish a good understanding of the ecological and environmental geological problems. Only by synthetically analyzing the existing ecological and environmental geological problems can we put forward reasonable measures in line with the reality. This paper mainly aims at qualitative and quantitative evaluation of eco-environmental geological quality of Changyuanhe National Wetland Park in Shanxi Province, and uses stratigraphic analysis method. Analysis of the existing data, including field survey and grid data, field outcrop, geographic information system as the technical support, gray analysis and fuzzy evaluation as a theoretical means. According to the characteristics of Changyuanhe National Wetland Park, different evaluation units are adopted and the evaluation system with certain characteristics is established. According to the results of the assessment, the restoration area, buffer utilization area and core reserve are scientifically divided. According to the zoning results, the present situation of geological environment in Changyuanhe National Wetland Park is analyzed, and the present situation is discussed. Scientific suggestions and measures are put forward for the later construction of the project. The main contents of the paper include: 1) the natural geography, social economy, landform and lithology of Changyuan River National Wetland Park are carried out. Geological structure, hydrogeological conditions, land use status, geological hazards, vegetation distribution characteristics and other research background description and qualitative and quantitative analysis. Unreasonable allocation of resources, biodiversity destruction, environmental pollution. Unreasonable exploitation and utilization of ecological and environmental geological problems are reviewed and the historical reasons leading to these problems are analyzed as well as the leading factors of deterioration at present. The main disasters include river deformation and soil desertification. Water pollution, wetland degradation, seismic debris flow and other complex problems. Screening can be used as an evaluation factor to evaluate the quality of ecological environment geology. The evaluation index and evaluation system are established. 4) the relevant evaluation system is established by using the evaluation factors after sun dressing. Based on the principle of fuzzy evaluation of gray scale, the quantitative analysis of gray evaluation is carried out for 9 evaluation units, and the project construction is carried out on the basis of zonal evaluation. The ecological environmental protection measures and suggestions for sustainable development are put forward for the later construction of the project. (6) aiming at the evaluation results of ecological environmental geological quality, and combining with the typical demonstration role of Changyuan River National Wetland Park. The purpose of this paper is to make full use of modern technological means to probe deeply into the enlightening effect of ecological environment protection on ecological environment in our country, and to seriously think about the developing direction and hot spot of ecological environment in our country at the present stage.
