【摘要】：多準(zhǔn)則決策(Multiple criteria decision making,MCDM)問(wèn)題存在于現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的方方面面,其本質(zhì)是:針對(duì)已給出的決策信息,通過(guò)一些方法對(duì)每組備選方案進(jìn)行擇優(yōu)或排序,從而選出最優(yōu)方案。在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中,由于決策者自身的局限性及目標(biāo)本身的不確定性,決策者很難給出精準(zhǔn)評(píng)價(jià),總是在若干個(gè)數(shù)值之間徘徊,為了解決這一問(wèn)題,Torra提出了猶豫模糊集。至今,關(guān)于猶豫模糊環(huán)境下的決策問(wèn)題許多專家已進(jìn)行了細(xì)致研究,但研究的評(píng)價(jià)始終都是精確值�，F(xiàn)實(shí)生活中,人們對(duì)于評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象很難賦予精確數(shù)值,為了更細(xì)致的刻畫決策者的偏好,區(qū)間信息引起人們的強(qiáng)烈關(guān)注。雖然區(qū)間直覺猶豫模糊集的理論和方法已得到了系統(tǒng)性研究,但基于區(qū)間直覺猶豫信息的模糊多準(zhǔn)則群決策問(wèn)題的決策方法仍有待完善。首先介紹了多準(zhǔn)則群決策問(wèn)題、猶豫模糊信息和基于猶豫模糊信息集結(jié)算子的研究背景與現(xiàn)狀及其研究意義;其次,總結(jié)了關(guān)于猶豫模糊集、雙猶豫模糊集和區(qū)間直覺猶豫模糊集的定義、運(yùn)算法則,歸納了模糊測(cè)度、Choquet積分和Quasi-Choquet算術(shù)平均�；诎⒒椎聇-模、阿基米德t-反模和Quasi-Choquet算術(shù)平均,提出了區(qū)間直覺猶豫模糊Quasi-Choquet幾何算子,此算子可以集結(jié)區(qū)間直覺猶豫模糊數(shù)形式的參數(shù),并且考慮了參數(shù)間屬性相關(guān)聯(lián)或相互獨(dú)立的情況。之后,給出了區(qū)間直覺猶豫模糊Quasi-Choquet幾何算子的優(yōu)良性質(zhì);再次,展示了區(qū)間直覺猶豫模糊Quasi-Choquet幾何算子族,它為決策者在區(qū)間直覺猶豫模糊環(huán)境下做決策提供了靈活有用的方法。之后利用此算子族中的算子,結(jié)合折中比值法、擴(kuò)展的歐幾里得距離和傳統(tǒng)的TOPSIS方法來(lái)解決區(qū)間直覺猶豫模糊環(huán)境下的多準(zhǔn)則群決策問(wèn)題;最后,歸納全文,指出當(dāng)前研究的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足之處,并對(duì)未來(lái)工作方向和目標(biāo)進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:The problem of multiple criteria decision making MCDMs exists in all aspects of modern society. The essence of the problem is that according to the given decision information, each group of alternatives is selected or sorted by some methods, and the optimal scheme is selected. In real life, due to the limitation of the decision-maker and the uncertainty of the target itself, it is very difficult for the decision-maker to give accurate evaluation and always linger between a number of values. In order to solve this problem, Torra put forward a hesitant fuzzy set. Up to now, many experts have studied the decision-making problem in uncertain environment, but the evaluation is always accurate. In real life, it is difficult to assign accurate value to the object of evaluation. In order to describe the preference of decision maker in detail, the interval information attracts people's strong attention. Although the theory and method of interval intuitionistic hesitation fuzzy sets have been systematically studied, the decision method of fuzzy multi-criteria group decision making problem based on interval intuitionistic hesitation information still needs to be improved. Firstly, the paper introduces the research background, status quo and significance of the multi-criteria group decision making problem, the hesitant fuzzy information and the aggregation operator based on the hesitant fuzzy information, and then summarizes the research on the hesitant fuzzy set. The definitions and algorithms of double hesitating fuzzy sets and interval intuitionistic hesitating fuzzy sets are discussed. The fuzzy measure Choquet integral and Quasi-Choquet arithmetic average are summarized. Based on Archimedean tmodules, Archimedean t- inverse modules and quasi-Choquet arithmetic averages, an interval intuitionistic hesitation fuzzy quasi-Choquet geometric operator is proposed, which can aggregate the parameters of interval intuitionistic hesitation fuzzy numbers. And consider the case that the parameters are related to each other or independent of each other. Then, the fine properties of interval intuitionistic hesitation fuzzy quasi-Choquet geometric operators are given, and the family of interval intuitionistic fuzzy quasi-Choquet geometric operators is shown, which provides a flexible and useful method for decision-makers to make decisions in interval intuitionistic hesitation fuzzy environment. Then, the extended Euclidean distance and the traditional TOPSIS method are used to solve the multi-criteria group decision making problem in the interval intuitionistic hesitation fuzzy environment by using the operators in the family of operators, combined with the compromise ratio method. The advantages and disadvantages of current research are pointed out, and the future work direction and goal are prospected.
