復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)DEMATEL關(guān)鍵因素遴選方法及其在某物流企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:基于復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)具有層次性的特征本文將復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)分為單層次系統(tǒng)和多層次系統(tǒng)兩種情形。并針對(duì)這兩種情形分別進(jìn)行分析,遴選出復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)中的關(guān)鍵因素。決策實(shí)行與評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)驗(yàn)室方法(DEMA-TEL)是一種應(yīng)用較為廣泛的復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)因素分析方法。從已有文獻(xiàn)看,DEMATEL對(duì)系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵因素選取時(shí)采用了因果圖繪制法和象限確定法兩類基本方法。雖然這兩種方法表面上看似乎合理,但在實(shí)踐操作中不僅決策者難以權(quán)衡、把握,而且因忽視組織資源約束而缺乏科學(xué)嚴(yán)密性。為克服上述缺陷,從組織能力和資源約束相匹配視角出發(fā),通過(guò)清晰界定關(guān)鍵因素內(nèi)涵,提出融合中心度和原因度的綜合重要度這一重要概念,在此基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用擺幅置權(quán)及規(guī)劃求解方法系統(tǒng)給出一種復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)DEMATEL關(guān)鍵因素遴選新方法。以上述方法為基礎(chǔ),針對(duì)復(fù)雜多層次系統(tǒng)問(wèn)題,本文選用解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型(ISM)對(duì)復(fù)雜多層次系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行層次劃分,使得復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)得以簡(jiǎn)化,對(duì)簡(jiǎn)化后的系統(tǒng)再運(yùn)用復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)DEMATEL關(guān)鍵因素遴選新方法選出復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)中的關(guān)鍵因素。最后,通過(guò)將該方法應(yīng)用于物流企業(yè)中,選出影響物流企業(yè)J在未來(lái)兩年的發(fā)展中的關(guān)鍵因素。案例應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明:所提方法在實(shí)踐中是切實(shí)可行的。
[Abstract]:The characteristics of the complex system with the level of the complex systems can be divided into single level system and multi-level system of two kinds of situations. And based on the two kinds of situations are analyzed, selection of key factors in complex systems. The implementation of decision and evaluation laboratory method (DEMA-TEL) is a complex system of a widely used analysis methods. From the existing literature, the selection of DEMATEL system key factors using causal mapping method and the quadrant method to determine the two basic methods. Although these two kinds of methods on the surface seems reasonable, but in practice it is difficult to balance not only decision-makers, and grasp, because of the neglect of organizational resource constraints and lack of scientific rigor to overcome the above shortcomings, from the organizational capacity and resource constraints matching perspective, through the definition of key factors connotation, proposed fusion center comprehensive weight degree and reason degree to degree This important concept, based on the use of the swing weighting and the planning method of the system gives a kind of complex system DEMATEL key factor selection method. Based on the above method, aiming at complex system problems, this paper selects the interpretative structural model (ISM) of complex multi-level system makes the complex system can be divided into levels, to simplify, simplify the system using complex system DEMATEL key factor selection methods to select key factors in complex systems. Finally, the method is applied to the logistics enterprises, logistics enterprises J selected. Key factors in the two years of development in the future. Application results show that the proposed method is feasible in the process of practice.
