【摘要】：本文主要是針對(duì)血吸蟲(chóng)病傳播的數(shù)學(xué)模型進(jìn)行研究.第一個(gè)是血吸蟲(chóng)病在兩類(lèi)易感群體中的傳播模型,包括雙線(xiàn)性發(fā)生率和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)生率,第二個(gè)是再次感染對(duì)血吸蟲(chóng)病傳播模型的影響及其最優(yōu)化控制.由于外來(lái)遷入人群和當(dāng)?shù)厝巳簩?duì)血吸蟲(chóng)病的傳播有不同的影響,在第二章我們建立了血吸蟲(chóng)病在不同群體中傳播的雙線(xiàn)性發(fā)生率的數(shù)學(xué)模型,討論了平衡點(diǎn)的存在性和穩(wěn)定性.然后利用靈敏度分析了不同人群初始值對(duì)閾值的影響,并通過(guò)數(shù)值模擬進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的驗(yàn)證.在第三章我們建立了血吸蟲(chóng)病在兩類(lèi)易感群體中傳播的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)生率的數(shù)學(xué)模型,由于地方病平衡點(diǎn)的存在性比較復(fù)雜,所以在這一章,我們主要運(yùn)用不等式技巧來(lái)討論地方病平衡點(diǎn)的存在性,并運(yùn)用中心流行定理進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證.基于實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)中恢復(fù)者的再次感染現(xiàn)象,在第四章我們建立了一個(gè)血吸蟲(chóng)病傳播模型,計(jì)算了基本再生數(shù),討論了地方病平衡點(diǎn)的存在性和無(wú)病平衡點(diǎn)的穩(wěn)定性.隨后,提出了最優(yōu)控制問(wèn)題并求得最優(yōu)解.通過(guò)對(duì)再次感染的靈敏度分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)再次感染率越大,血吸蟲(chóng)病病人數(shù)會(huì)越多.另外,大量數(shù)值模擬顯示減少人和釘螺的接觸以及滅螺措施對(duì)血吸蟲(chóng)病傳播的控制效果較好,其中滅螺效果最佳.
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the mathematical model of schistosomiasis transmission. The first is the transmission model of schistosomiasis in two susceptible populations, including bilinear incidence and standard incidence. The second is the impact of re-infection on schistosomiasis transmission models and their optimal control. In the second chapter, we establish a mathematical model of bilinear incidence of schistosomiasis transmission in different populations, discuss the existence and stability of equilibrium point, and then use sensitivity to analyze the effect of initial values of different populations on threshold. In the third chapter, we establish a mathematical model of the standard incidence rate of schistosomiasis transmission in two susceptible populations. Because of the complexity of the existence of endemic equilibrium point, we establish a mathematical model in this chapter. We mainly use inequality technique to discuss the existence of endemic equilibrium, and verify it by using the central popular theorem. In Chapter 4th, we established a schistosomiasis transmission model, calculated the basic regeneration number, discussed the existence of endemic equilibrium and the stability of disease-free equilibrium. The optimal control problem is proposed and the optimal solution is obtained. Through the sensitivity analysis of re-infection, it is found that the higher the re-infection rate is, the more the number of schistosomiasis patients will be. A large number of numerical simulations show that reducing the contact between human and snail and controlling the transmission of schistosomiasis is better, among which the snail killing effect is the best.
