【摘要】：隨著人民生活水平的提高,膳食結(jié)構(gòu)中不斷增加的含脂量及缺乏運動的生活方式,非酒精性脂肪肝(Nonalcoholic fatty liver,NAFLD)呈現(xiàn)發(fā)病率上升、且年輕化的趨勢。雖然非酒精性脂肪肝被公認為屬于良性病變,輕度時并無明顯癥狀,但它是許多慢性肝臟疾病的早期階段。一旦從單純性脂肪肝發(fā)展為脂肪性肝炎,如果不及時治療,進而會引發(fā)肝纖維化和肝硬化。因而,脂肪肝的早期診斷對于脂肪肝的臨床治療起著關(guān)鍵作用。本文通過采集超聲B模式的射頻(Radio frequency,RF)回波數(shù)據(jù),然后對其采用組織定征的方法提取特征參數(shù),對離體大鼠脂肪肝模型進行評估研究。眾所周知,RF信號內(nèi)含有豐富的微觀組織信息,因此通過不同的信號處理方式可計算組織的質(zhì)心頻率、譜斜率、截距以及中頻幅度等參數(shù)。然后利用統(tǒng)計分析的方式并利用參數(shù)的值域分布對大鼠離體脂肪肝組織進行評估研究。本文中,通過仿真平臺生成不同衰減系數(shù)的仿真數(shù)據(jù),然后用本實驗的參數(shù)提取算法處理仿真數(shù)據(jù),并將處理結(jié)果與仿真設(shè)置參數(shù)對比,驗證并優(yōu)化算法。再次,通過對不同衰減系數(shù)的仿真參數(shù)進行統(tǒng)計分析,得出各參數(shù)的理論變化趨勢。最后,將算法應(yīng)用于離體大鼠脂肪肝數(shù)據(jù)處理中,提取各參數(shù)并進行統(tǒng)計分析,接著將結(jié)果與病理切片分析結(jié)果進行評估分析。結(jié)果表明:質(zhì)心頻率、頻譜斜率、截距以及中頻幅度都有一定的分期效果,但是質(zhì)心頻率與頻譜斜率的分期效果較其它參數(shù)更優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard, the increasing amount of fat in dietary structure and the lack of exercise lifestyle, the incidence of nonalcoholic fatty liver with nonalcoholic fatty plus NAF LDD increased. Although nonalcoholic fatty liver is recognized as a benign disease and has no obvious symptoms in mild stage, it is the early stage of many chronic liver diseases. Once it develops from simple fatty liver to fatty hepatitis, Early diagnosis of fatty liver plays a key role in the clinical treatment of fatty liver if it is not treated in time, which can lead to liver fibrosis and cirrhosis. Then the characteristic parameters were extracted by tissue characterization, and the model of fatty liver in vitro was evaluated. It is well known that the RF signal contains abundant microstructural information. Therefore, the centroid frequency and spectral slope of the tissue can be calculated by different signal processing methods. The parameters such as intercept and if amplitude are used to evaluate the fatty liver tissue in vitro using statistical analysis and the range distribution of the parameters. In this paper, the simulation data of different attenuation coefficients are generated by the simulation platform. Then the parameter extraction algorithm of this experiment is used to process the simulation data, and the processing results are compared with the simulation setting parameters to verify and optimize the algorithm. Thirdly, through the statistical analysis of the simulation parameters with different attenuation coefficients, Finally, the algorithm is applied to the data processing of rat fatty liver in vitro, and the parameters are extracted and analyzed statistically. Then the results were evaluated with the results of pathological section analysis. The results showed that the centroid frequency, spectral slope, intercept and intermediate frequency amplitude all had certain staging effect. But the centroid frequency and spectrum slope are better than other parameters.
