N 2 O在分子篩和氧化物上的直接分解研究

  笑氣催化分解成氮?dú)夂脱鯕馐菧p少化學(xué)工程過(guò)程中氮氧化物排放有效的技術(shù)。同時(shí),近些年來(lái)這種技術(shù)越來(lái)越受關(guān)注。為了控制化工過(guò)程笑氣排放,本論文研究了離子交換分子篩、負(fù)載體系和單一的或者復(fù)合的氧化物這幾種類型的催化劑。第一部分:制備一系列用于笑氣直接分解的浸漬在蜂窩狀堇青石上M(Fe,Co)-BEA催化劑。離子交換方法制備M(Fe,Co)-BEA(M=1wt%)分子篩,之后用5 wt%和10 wt%硅溶膠或者是鋁溶膠作為粘合劑將分子篩浸漬在堇青石載體上。制備的整體式樣品的形貌通過(guò)掃描電子顯微鏡分析,結(jié)果顯示相對(duì)低的含量(5 wt%)M(Fe,Co)-BEA分子篩粉末在用硅溶膠或鋁溶膠做粘合劑比較好地浸漬在堇青石上。笑氣分解活性評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果有(I)鋁溶膠能明顯促進(jìn)Fe-BEA整體式樣品催化分解笑氣,然而硅溶膠能提高Co-BEA整體式樣品催化分解笑氣的活性;(Ⅱ)低含量的粘合劑(5 wt%)比高含量的粘合劑(10 wt%)更有利于制備整體式催化劑。利用計(jì)算流體動(dòng)力學(xué)(CFD)模擬笑氣在M(Fe,Co)-BEA整體式催化劑分解,研究了流體動(dòng)力學(xué)的質(zhì)量分布和壓力降。第二部分:研究了一系列混合金屬氧化物...
