垃圾滲濾液中溶解有機(jī)質(zhì)與內(nèi)分泌干擾物相互作用研究

  衛(wèi)生填埋是目前國內(nèi)外垃圾處理的主要方式。在垃圾填埋過程中會(huì)產(chǎn)生一種難處理的高濃度有機(jī)廢水,其特點(diǎn)是水質(zhì)水量波動(dòng)大、成份復(fù)雜,有毒有害物質(zhì)含量高,經(jīng)常規(guī)處理后的滲濾液殘留COD一般為500mg/L左右。在我國目前尚沒有一種成熟的典型處理工藝,大量已建成的采用常規(guī)工藝的滲濾液處理工程基本都達(dá)不到《生活垃圾填埋污染控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB16889-1997)中的一級(jí)排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),更未建立滲濾液中微量有毒有害物質(zhì)的排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),常規(guī)的COD等有機(jī)物監(jiān)測指標(biāo)也不能對(duì)它們實(shí)施有效的監(jiān)測。但隨著分析手段及人們對(duì)環(huán)保意識(shí)的提高,垃圾滲濾液中的這些有毒有害物質(zhì)如環(huán)境內(nèi)分泌干擾物(EEDs)對(duì)人體的危害已越來越受到健康組織的重視。這類污染物質(zhì)即使含量極其微小(ng/L),一旦它們進(jìn)入機(jī)體,將對(duì)生物體產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重的后果,如生殖器官、內(nèi)分泌系統(tǒng)、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)、免疫系統(tǒng)異常,產(chǎn)生致癌、致畸、致突變等生物效應(yīng),因此環(huán)境內(nèi)分泌干擾物的研究受到了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的高度重視。垃圾滲濾液作為一個(gè)重要的點(diǎn)污染源其控制和治理已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前環(huán)境保護(hù)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的一項(xiàng)重大研究課題。 滲濾液中溶解有機(jī)質(zhì)(DOM)是滲濾液中有機(jī)物的主要成分,也是殘余C...
