Preparation and Characterization of Cross-Linked Narrow Mole

  殼聚糖衍生物分子結(jié)構(gòu)中含有大量的氨基和羥基基團(tuán),且其無毒,成本低,可大量獲得,因而殼聚糖衍生物可以用作高效的吸附劑,以除去重金屬。這一點(diǎn)已經(jīng)受到了廣泛的關(guān)注。然而,殼聚糖分子間存在的強(qiáng)氫鍵作用使得殼聚糖具有穩(wěn)定的晶體結(jié)構(gòu),這導(dǎo)致殼聚糖在中性或堿性pH環(huán)境下不溶解,因而殼聚糖的應(yīng)用受到了很大的限制。因此,降解得到窄分子量分布低聚殼聚糖(NLCSn, n表示聚合度),以提高其在中性水溶液的溶解性是非常必要的。利用羧基如丙酮酸(PA)分子對NLCSn進(jìn)行修飾,以提高其對金屬離子的選擇性和吸附能力。窄分子量分布低聚殼聚糖的羧甲基化衍生物分子有很多活性基團(tuán),如氨基,羧基,羥基,這些活性基團(tuán)的存在使得這類窄分子量分布低聚殼聚糖衍生物能夠與很多金屬離子進(jìn)行絡(luò)合。從吸附方面來說,將溶于酸性或中性條件下的窄分子量分布低聚殼聚糖羧甲基衍生物與戊二醛(GLA)進(jìn)行交聯(lián),以增強(qiáng)機(jī)械強(qiáng)度和化學(xué)抵抗性。本論文的第一個(gè)研究內(nèi)容是制備得到交聯(lián)化的NLCS。丙酮酸衍生物,并對其結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行表征。首先,殼聚糖降解成兩類窄分子量分布低聚殼聚糖(NLCS8和NLCS11),再通過丙酮酸(PA)進(jìn)行修飾,最后再與戊二醛(GLA)交...
