經(jīng)濟開放對二氧化碳排放的影響:來自OBOR國家的實證研究

本研究的主要目的是探討經(jīng)濟開放對碳排放的影響,具體主要以“一帶一路”(OBOR)國家為例,從貿(mào)易自由化、外國直接投資、電力消耗、經(jīng)濟增長、金融發(fā)展和能源效率等視角評估其影響效應。外資集群帶來了經(jīng)濟增長,同時有可能增加環(huán)境污染;同時,集群的負面影響可通過良好的治理得以改善,并增強基礎設施在全球化環(huán)境中的競爭力。在“一帶一路”各國之間促進環(huán)境基礎設施的長期有效運營已迫在眉睫。本研究對構建綠色一帶一路具有重要的理論與實踐意義。關于經(jīng)濟開放對碳排放的影響,在“一帶一路”等國家進行的實證分析還不多。本研究基于1990-2017年上述地區(qū)的數(shù)據(jù),采用自回歸滯后分布(ARDL)法和廣義矩量法(GMM)對上述問題進行理論分析和實證檢驗。本研究涉及的區(qū)域主要有中歐和東歐(CEE)、中東和非洲(MEA)、南亞(SA)、東南亞(SEA)和中亞和西亞(CWA)。結果表明,從長期來看FDI對減排并沒有顯著性影響。而在短期內(nèi),外國直接投資對二氧化碳排放產(chǎn)生了負向影響。但無論是長期還是短期的電力消耗都會通過排放二氧化碳導致環(huán)境污染。然而,“一帶一路”國家的能源效率在長期和短期內(nèi)有利于減少二氧化碳的排放。金融發(fā)展長期...
