基于統(tǒng)計熱力學的組織特征對環(huán)境知識累積影響研究

  20世紀70年代以來,全球變暖、酸雨、物種滅絕、臭氧層破壞、廢物、空氣污染和森林破壞等嚴重的環(huán)境問題促使許多國家重新考慮破壞自然環(huán)境的經濟增長。為應對這些環(huán)境問題的嚴重性,1992年在里約熱內盧舉行的聯合國環(huán)境與發(fā)展會議上提出的重要概念是可持續(xù)發(fā)展?沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展是指未來的經濟管理應使經濟發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護相協調,在不損害子孫后代的前提下滿足當代人的需要。通過可持續(xù)發(fā)展,企業(yè)能夠更好地適應生態(tài)友好發(fā)展的要求,參與國際競爭,保持可持續(xù)的競爭優(yōu)勢。這是因為許多有關環(huán)境保護的法律法規(guī)越來越嚴格,人們的環(huán)境意識日益增強。環(huán)境知識的發(fā)展是可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要組成部分。環(huán)境知識節(jié)約資源,延長使用壽命,減少能源消耗,減少污染物排放,確保產品生產鏈與生態(tài)環(huán)境的協調。環(huán)境知識的最終目標是促進經濟、社會和環(huán)境效益的有機結合。環(huán)境知識不僅節(jié)約資源,提高生產效率,而且改善企業(yè)形象,帶動整體經濟增長。因此,環(huán)境知識已成為當今競爭環(huán)境下企業(yè)最重要的無形資產之一。環(huán)境知識包括自然環(huán)境和生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的概念,是一種使人們了解和解決環(huán)境保護和可持續(xù)發(fā)展中出現的問題的知識。因此,將環(huán)境管理與知識管理相結合,實現可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標,已成為確保企...
