染料中間體H酸生產(chǎn)廢水的處理與資源化

【摘要】:針對(duì)山東某化工企業(yè)染料中間體H酸生產(chǎn)廢水的特點(diǎn),選擇合適的萃取劑和稀釋劑,采用絡(luò)合萃取法對(duì)廢水進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,將廢水中的有機(jī)物富集于萃取有機(jī)相中,可大幅度地降低原廢水的COD;富集有機(jī)物的萃取劑經(jīng)反萃處理后進(jìn)行再生并循環(huán)使用,同時(shí)回收原廢水中的H酸產(chǎn)品,以實(shí)現(xiàn)廢水的資源化應(yīng)用。本論文開(kāi)發(fā)了一種H酸生產(chǎn)廢水的處理新方法,并成功解決了制約相關(guān)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)H酸的技術(shù)瓶頸。論文首先結(jié)合H酸廢水的性質(zhì)及水體中H酸的存在形態(tài),確定了絡(luò)合萃取處理的工藝條件,如絡(luò)合劑的選擇、萃取劑的組成、廢水初始pH、油水比及反萃劑的濃度等;并根據(jù)絡(luò)合萃取平衡實(shí)驗(yàn)及反應(yīng)萃取平衡模型假設(shè),探討了萃取劑對(duì)H酸的絡(luò)合萃取機(jī)理;通過(guò)氧化法、吸附法等對(duì)萃余水相進(jìn)行處理。主要取得如下研究結(jié)果:1.采用C152萃取體系對(duì)H酸生產(chǎn)廢水進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,在最佳工藝條件下廢水COD的去除率達(dá)98.92%,萃余水相COD為784 mg·L-1;2.富集污染物的萃取有機(jī)相通過(guò)加入質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為10%的NaOH溶液進(jìn)行反萃,可實(shí)現(xiàn)萃取劑的再生,循環(huán)萃取實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,萃取劑再生性能良好;3.反萃液經(jīng)酸化處理后可回收H酸產(chǎn)品,且產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量達(dá)到企業(yè)生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn);4.絡(luò)合萃取反應(yīng)機(jī)理研究表明:采用該萃取劑對(duì)H酸進(jìn)行絡(luò)合萃取,體系中主要形成(1:1)、(1:2)、(2:1)三種類(lèi)型的萃合物;5.采用活性炭吸附-NaClO氧化法對(duì)H酸生產(chǎn)廢水進(jìn)行深度處理,可達(dá)到企業(yè)對(duì)廢水處理的技術(shù)需求。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of dye intermediate H acid production wastewater in a chemical enterprise in Shandong Province, the COD; of raw wastewater can be greatly reduced by selecting suitable extractant and diluent, pretreating the wastewater by complexation extraction, and enriching the organic matter in the extraction organic phase. The extractant enriched in organic matter was regenerated and recycled after stripping treatment, and the H-acid products in the original wastewater were recovered in order to realize the resource application of the wastewater. In this paper, a new method for the treatment of H acid production wastewater has been developed, and the technical bottleneck restricting the production of H acid in related enterprises has been successfully solved. Firstly, according to the properties of H acid wastewater and the existing form of H acid in water, the technological conditions of complexation extraction, such as the selection of complexing agent, the composition of extractant, the initial pH, oil / water ratio of wastewater and the concentration of stripping agent, were determined, and the mechanism of complexation extraction of H acid by extractant was discussed according to the equilibrium experiment of complexation extraction and the hypothesis of reactive extraction equilibrium model. The extracted aqueous phase was treated by oxidation and adsorption. The main results are as follows: 1. The wastewater from H acid production was pretreated with C152 extraction system. under the optimum conditions, the removal rate of COD was 98.92%, and the COD of residual aqueous phase was 784 mg 路L ~ (- 1). The extraction organic phase of enriched pollutants can realize the regeneration of extractant by adding 10% NaOH solution. The cyclic extraction experiment shows that the regeneration performance of extractant is good. After acidizing, the product of H acid can be recovered, and the quality of the product can meet the production standard of the enterprise. 4. The study on the mechanism of complexation extraction showed that three types of extraction complexes were mainly formed in the system (1:1), (1:2), (2:1) by using the extractant to extract H acid with the extractant. 5. The advanced treatment of H acid production wastewater by activated carbon adsorption-NaClO oxidation can meet the technical requirements of wastewater treatment in enterprises.
