基于移動床的印染污泥微波熱解及固相產(chǎn)物的表征與分析

【摘要】:采用微波熱解技術(shù),通過改變微波功率、熱解溫度、氣體和固體停留時間、添加催化劑,探究印染污泥熱解的特性。采用元素分析、掃描電鏡(SEM)、BET比表面積儀、X射線熒光光譜儀(XRF)、X射線衍射儀(XRD)和電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜儀(ICP-MS)對印染污泥和泥炭進(jìn)行了分析。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,隨著溫度的升高,泥炭產(chǎn)率逐漸降低,750℃時降到63.87%(質(zhì)量);氣體產(chǎn)率隨溫度逐漸增加。添加Ca O和Fe,泥炭產(chǎn)率增加,不可凝氣體中CO2含量減少,H_2、CO和CH_4含量增加,最大H_2含量達(dá)64.17%。隨著熱解溫度的升高,泥炭中C、H、N元素含量逐漸降低,S含量有所升高。熱解溫度在550℃時,泥炭的比表面積達(dá)到最大值91.9 m~2·g~(-1)。經(jīng)微波熱解后,污泥中的重金屬符合農(nóng)業(yè)排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。
