湖泊理論藻源內(nèi)負(fù)荷估算方法研究

【摘要】:在模擬不同溫度和營(yíng)養(yǎng)條件下,采用水質(zhì)指標(biāo)COD_(Cr)、COD_(Mn)、TP、TN表征湖泊典型藻類藻源內(nèi)負(fù)荷、胞外負(fù)荷、胞內(nèi)負(fù)荷,形成理論藻源內(nèi)負(fù)荷理論估算的方法體系.5種藻源TP負(fù)荷A_(TP)均值隨貧、中和富營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平升高而升高,藻源TN負(fù)荷A_(TN)為負(fù)值,藻源COD_(Cr)負(fù)荷A_(CODCr)隨營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平升高而顯著升高.藻源胞外TP負(fù)荷E_(TP)、TN負(fù)荷E_(TN)、COD_(Cr)負(fù)荷E_(CODCr)、COD_(Mn)負(fù)荷E_(CODMn)均隨營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平升高而降低,藻源胞內(nèi)TP負(fù)荷B_(TP)、TN負(fù)荷B_(TN)、COD_(Cr)負(fù)荷B_(CODCr)和COD_(Mn)負(fù)荷B_(CODMn)總體隨隨營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平升高而升高.根據(jù)藻源內(nèi)負(fù)荷與藻密度顯著相關(guān)關(guān)系,確定了藻源內(nèi)負(fù)荷計(jì)算模型.藻源TP和COD在穩(wěn)定期對(duì)水質(zhì)的貢獻(xiàn)均較大,為0.2-3.7倍,藻源TN內(nèi)負(fù)荷對(duì)水質(zhì)的貢獻(xiàn)為負(fù),減少的比例在26%-58%之間.本研究表明,藻類在增殖過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生了超出系統(tǒng)物質(zhì)總量的"額外"負(fù)荷,這些藻源內(nèi)負(fù)荷是引起水質(zhì)指標(biāo),特別是COD異常升高的重要原因.該估算方法為富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化湖泊水華的定量削減控制提供科學(xué)依據(jù).
[Abstract]:Under different temperature and nutrition conditions, the water quality index COD_ (Cr), COD_ (Mn), TP,TN was used to characterize the intracellular load, extracellular load and intracellular load of typical algae sources in lakes, and the theoretical estimation method system of intracellular load was formed. The A( TP) mean value of TP load of five kinds of algae sources increased with the increase of poverty and neutralization eutrophication level, and the TN load A( TN) of algae sources was negative. The COD_ (Cr) load A _ (CODCr) of algae increased significantly with the increase of nutrition level. The extracellular TP load E( TN), COD_ (Cr) load E( CODCr), COD_ (Mn) load E( CODMn) decreased with the increase of nutrition level, while the intracellular TP load B( TP), TN load B( TN), COD_ (Cr) load B( CODCr) load and COD_ (Mn) load B( CODMn) load increased with the increase of nutrition level. According to the significant correlation between the internal load of algae source and the density of algae, the calculation model of internal load of algae source was determined. The contribution of algae source TP and COD to water quality in stable period was 0.2 鈮,
