基于MBR技術(shù)的農(nóng)村生活污水處理工藝技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會和人口的快速發(fā)展,我國農(nóng)村地區(qū)的水環(huán)境遭受到了嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn),農(nóng)村生活污水的處理情況不容樂觀,因此,尋求一種適用于農(nóng)村生活污水特點(diǎn)、提高其處理效率的方法,是有效防治農(nóng)村地區(qū)水環(huán)境污染的要求。本次實(shí)驗(yàn)研宄在A/O-MBR工藝的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了適于MBR反應(yīng)裝置運(yùn)行的工作參數(shù),通過對MBR反應(yīng)裝置處理農(nóng)村生活污水的動態(tài)試驗(yàn)研宄,考察了膜生物反應(yīng)系統(tǒng)對COD_(cr)、NH_3-N、S S等有機(jī)污染物的去除效果、膜負(fù)壓對膜出水流量影響情況和膜清洗技術(shù)對膜污染的控制效果及膜生物反應(yīng)器處理工藝擴(kuò)大設(shè)計(jì)的可行性,主要研宄結(jié)果如下:污水試機(jī)中單片膜元件的出水量為0.302m~3/d,低于膜廠家提供的參考數(shù)值0.320-0.450m~3/d;膜負(fù)吸壓控制在-0.05~-0.02M P a的范圍內(nèi),能獲得比較穩(wěn)定的出水量;膜反應(yīng)器出水COD_(cr)、NH_3-N、S S的平均值分別為17.13mg/L、1.38mg/L、3.31mg/L,能達(dá)到《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》一級A標(biāo)的要求;膜反應(yīng)器NH_3-N去除率達(dá)到90°%以上時用了13d的時間,反應(yīng)系統(tǒng)啟動較為迅速;在不排泥的情況下,膜反應(yīng)器連續(xù)運(yùn)行17d時,總磷的去除效果比較好;物理清洗方案的膜出水量為0.183m~3/h,相對水力反沖洗膜出水量0.149m~3/h較好;體外清洗能徹底清除膜面上的污染物,離線堿洗濃度含量3%。的次氯酸鈉溶液能去除膜內(nèi)的污染物;日污水處理量15m~3/d的A/O-MBR工藝的污水處理工程的噸水的費(fèi)用為3 5 3 5元,與接觸氧化工藝的噸水的費(fèi)用2 8 1 0元相近,對于小型的生活污水處理而言是較為經(jīng)濟(jì)的;此次MBR工程的噸水能耗為0.6元/噸,要小于接觸氧化工藝的能耗0.93元/噸,可以節(jié)省部分運(yùn)行費(fèi)用,以便推廣運(yùn)用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, society and population, the water environment in rural areas of our country has been severely challenged, and the treatment of rural domestic sewage is not optimistic. Therefore, it is necessary to find a method suitable for the characteristics of rural domestic sewage and improve its treatment efficiency. On the basis of A/O-MBR process, the working parameters suitable for the operation of MBR reaction unit were discussed. Through the dynamic experimental study on the treatment of rural domestic sewage by MBR reaction unit, the removal effect of membrane biological reaction system on COD_ (cr), NH_3-N,S S and other organic pollutants was investigated.
