不同濃度及不同來源納米銀對伴礦景天生長及重金屬吸收的影響研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著納米銀(Ag NPs)的廣泛應(yīng)用,環(huán)境中銀(Ag)濃度迅速增加,污泥中存在的Ag NPs的生態(tài)風(fēng)險和環(huán)境危害尤其值得關(guān)注。采用溫室盆栽法,設(shè)置Ag NPs+污泥與單獨Ag NPs處理(Ag NPs濃度為0~10 mg·kg~(-1)),研究了不同濃度及不同來源Ag NPs對鎘/鋅(Cd/Zn)超積累植物伴礦景天生長和Ag、Cd、Zn 3種重金屬元素吸收性的影響。結(jié)果表明:單獨Ag NPs處理在0~10mg·kg~(-1)濃度范圍內(nèi)對伴礦景天生長未產(chǎn)生顯著影響,但與單獨Ag NPs處理相比,Ag NPs+污泥處理明顯抑制了伴礦景天生長,導(dǎo)致其生物量顯著下降(P0.05)。隨著土壤中不同來源Ag NPs濃度的增加,伴礦景天地上部Ag濃度未有顯著變化,但根中Ag濃度明顯升高,最高濃度可達(dá)2.07 mg·kg~(-1),根部對Ag的富集系數(shù)(0.177~0.330)明顯高于地上部(0.001 01~0.004 02);種植伴礦景天后土壤中Cd和Zn濃度未有明顯變化,每盆植物地上部帶走的Cd和Zn的量分別占供試土壤的2.62%~7.14%和2.39%~7.65%。因此,該研究條件下Ag NPs+污泥處理對伴礦景天生長的抑制作用與污泥施用有關(guān),污泥中Ag NPs或單獨添加的Ag NPs均未對伴礦景天的重金屬吸收性產(chǎn)生顯著影響。
