復(fù)合微生物菌劑對不同階段豬糞降解效果的研究

【摘要】:養(yǎng)殖場豬糞的不當(dāng)處理會給環(huán)境造成嚴(yán)重污染,研究其降解變化,可以為養(yǎng)殖場糞便利用提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。采用恒溫培養(yǎng)試驗(yàn),研究在保育和育肥兩個(gè)階段時(shí)分別接種復(fù)合微生物菌劑(包括芽孢桿菌、酵母菌、乳酸菌、光合菌)對新鮮豬糞發(fā)酵中的有機(jī)質(zhì)、全磷、全氮、硝態(tài)氮及銨態(tài)氮的影響。結(jié)果表明,復(fù)合菌劑處理與對照相比,提高了有機(jī)質(zhì)的降解速度和TN、NH_4~+-N轉(zhuǎn)化量。保育階段,T2、T3處理TN下降了20.3%,NH_4~+-N下降了66.7%,T1處理TN和NH_4~+-N分別下降17.8%和55.7%,對照組分別下降了17.3%和50.7%。育肥階段,接種菌劑的處理NH_4~+-N較培養(yǎng)初期下降了66.7%,對照為50.9%。試驗(yàn)?zāi)┢?隨著銨態(tài)氮降低,硝態(tài)氮有升高的趨勢,大于5 g的復(fù)合菌劑添加量對豬糞降解效果不顯著(P0.05),保育期和育肥期豬糞中有機(jī)質(zhì)、全磷、全氮和硝態(tài)氮及銨態(tài)氮變化趨勢一致。研究表明,復(fù)合菌劑對豬糞的TN、NH_4~+-N降低作用明顯,但是添加量超過一定范圍影響不顯著(P0.05),試驗(yàn)?zāi)┢诘腘O3--N增強(qiáng)效應(yīng),需要進(jìn)一步研究。推算結(jié)果表明,復(fù)合菌劑處理的豬糞TN降低20.3%,肥料化利用,氮素循環(huán)利用趨于平衡。
[Abstract]:Improper treatment of pig manure in farms will cause serious pollution to the environment. The study of degradation changes can provide scientific basis for the utilization of manure in farms. The effects of compound microbial agents (including Bacillus, yeast, lactic acid bacteria, photosynthetic bacteria) on organic matter, total phosphorus and total nitrogen in fresh pig manure fermentation were studied by constant temperature culture experiment.
