基于DPSIR-TOPSIS模型的福建省生態(tài)環(huán)境承載力評(píng)價(jià)及障礙因素研究
[Abstract]:Ecological environmental carrying capacity is the basis of ecological civilization construction, and the study of ecological environmental carrying capacity is of great significance for the further implementation of ecological civilization construction. Fujian Province is in the forefront of the country in the construction of ecological civilization. Through the study of the ecological environment carrying capacity of Fujian Province, it is helpful to promote the construction of ecological civilization in Fujian Province. Based on the conceptual model of DPSIR, the evaluation index system of ecological environmental carrying capacity in Fujian Province was constructed. The status and obstacle factors of ecological environmental carrying capacity in Fujian Province from 2000 to 2015 were evaluated and analyzed by using TOPSIS analysis method and obstacle model. The results show that, overall, the comprehensive closeness of ecological environmental carrying capacity in Fujian Province continues to rise, from 0.09981 in 2000 to 0.89625 in 2015, indicating that the level of ecological environmental carrying capacity in Fujian Province has increased steadily. From the point of view of classification index, the evaluation index of driving force, state, influence and response subsystem shows an upward trend of different ranges, while the evaluation index of pressure subsystem shows a downward trend. The results show that the efforts made in ecological environment management in Fujian Province are fruitful, and the pressure on the construction of ecological civilization is relatively reduced. From the analysis of obstacle degree, as far as the classification index is concerned, the bearing capacity of response subsystem is the main factor system that affects the carrying capacity of ecological environment in Fujian Province. As far as the main obstacles are concerned, during the study period, the main obstacles affecting the carrying capacity of ecological environment in Fujian Province include the elasticity coefficient of energy consumption, the investment of urban environmental infrastructure, the proportion of investment in environmental protection to GDP, and so on. Based on the above conclusions, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward at the end of this study.
