過氧化氫處理河流著生剛毛藻的效果研究

【摘要】:以深圳市某河流為研究對象,分析了投加H2O2對剛毛藻生物量的控制效果及其對水體p H、溶解氧、氨氮和總磷的影響。結果表明:H2O2≥1.25 mol/L時能有效抑制剛毛藻生長,使藻類光合活性在10 min內從5.8降低到0,葉綠素濃度在30 min內從5.8 mg/L降低至0.2 mg/L,F(xiàn)場試驗投加H2O2處理河流水體中剛毛藻14 d內,藻類生物量、光合活性和葉綠素濃度降幅均高于90%。加藥1 h后,河流p H值由原來的9.21~9.74迅速降低至8.23~8.80,14 d內保持在9以下。河流溶解氧、氨氮、總磷和H2O2殘留濃度在除藻過程中存在變化,但是1 d后會迅速恢復至加藥前水平。投加H2O2是一種有效、無污染的應急去除河流著生剛毛藻的方法。
