長春市天嘉水質(zhì)凈化廠擴建及提標(biāo)改造工程工藝研究

【摘要】:隨著長春市經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,人民生活水平的大幅度提高,城市污水量的逐年增加,環(huán)境破壞日益嚴(yán)重,伊通河流域水環(huán)境污染愈演愈烈。2015年6月伊通河流域新一輪綜合治理暨百里生態(tài)長廊建設(shè)工程正式開工。長春市天嘉水質(zhì)凈化廠處理污水屬于伊通河串湖流域水系.由于近年來廢水排放量日益增加,天嘉污水處理廠的現(xiàn)有處理能力已經(jīng)不能滿足污水排放量,故現(xiàn)對天嘉水質(zhì)凈化廠進行提標(biāo)升級改造。根據(jù)天嘉水質(zhì)凈化廠區(qū)域內(nèi)排放污水的水質(zhì)特點,經(jīng)過調(diào)查研究,結(jié)合天嘉水質(zhì)凈化廠現(xiàn)狀實際情況,對預(yù)處理、生化處理、深度處理、污泥處理、臭氣處理各設(shè)計方案的綜合優(yōu)缺點及技術(shù)經(jīng)濟進行比較論述,擬選出一個適合天嘉水質(zhì)凈化廠擴建、提標(biāo)改造工程處理工藝方案。本工程設(shè)計總規(guī)模為4.0萬m~3/d,總變化系數(shù)為1.0。分為新建和改造2大部分:其中將原有處理能力2.0萬m~3/d的預(yù)處理系統(tǒng)改造為過水能力4.0萬m~3/d;原有生化處理系統(tǒng)改造為處理能力1.0萬m~3/d;另新建3.0萬m~3/d生化處理系統(tǒng)和4.0萬m~3/d深度處理系統(tǒng)。經(jīng)過方案比較,確定污水廠工藝流程:改造部分:(1)一級處理工藝,對現(xiàn)有預(yù)處理建構(gòu)筑物進行挖潛,利用現(xiàn)有土建,更換部分設(shè)備,包括粗格柵、污水提升泵、細(xì)格柵等;(2)生化系統(tǒng)工藝,將原有處理能力1.0萬m~3/d的酸化水解池改造為高效沉淀池,曝氣生物濾池更換部分設(shè)備,提高回流比;(3)除臭工藝,兩級除臭工藝交叉處理,綜合實現(xiàn)廠區(qū)的臭氣處理達到一級標(biāo)準(zhǔn);(4)污泥處理部分,利用原有污泥脫水間土建設(shè)施,原位置擴大污泥貯池容積,提高待處理污泥停留時間,污泥處理方案采用濃縮離心一體脫水機;(5)消毒工藝,本工程采用臭氧+次氯酸鈉作為消毒工藝,降低處理成本。新建部分:采用預(yù)處理+(A~2/O+IFAS+矩形周邊進水周邊出水二沉池+高效沉淀池+連續(xù)流砂濾池+臭氧氧化工藝(除臭采用全過程除臭+生物除臭濾池除臭)。本工程完成后,出水水質(zhì)可達到《水污染物綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(DB11/307-2013-北京)中B標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。對區(qū)域內(nèi)排放的污水進行及時而有效的處理,保護好串湖(伊通河)流域水體和水質(zhì),提高水資源的綜合利用,能夠起到良好的環(huán)境保護作用。

According to the water quality characteristics of sewage discharged in the area of Tianjia Water purification Plant, after investigation and study, combined with the actual situation of Tianjia Water purification Plant, pretreatment, biochemical treatment, advanced treatment and sludge treatment, The comprehensive advantages and disadvantages and technical economy of each design scheme of odor treatment are compared and discussed, and a suitable treatment process scheme for Tianjia water quality purification plant is selected, which is suitable for the expansion of Tianjia water quality purification plant and the improvement of standard.
