異養(yǎng)硝化-好氧反硝化菌協(xié)同競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)脫氮特性的影響

【摘要】:為了探討在脫氮過(guò)程中異養(yǎng)硝化-好氧反硝化菌類(lèi)之間的協(xié)同和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)作用,以A~2/O工藝好氧污泥中篩出的三株異養(yǎng)硝化-好氧反硝化菌——XH02、XH03和FX03為研究對(duì)象,經(jīng)16S r DNA基因序列系統(tǒng)發(fā)育分析,鑒定XH02為人蒼白桿菌(Ochrobactrum sp.),XH03和FX03為假單胞菌(Pseudomonas sp.).在此基礎(chǔ)上,分別考察了單菌株和復(fù)合菌株(XH02+XH03、XH02+FX03、XH03+FX03和XH02+XH03+FX03)在異養(yǎng)硝化和好氧反硝化條件下的脫氮特性.結(jié)果表明:菌株XH02和XH03具有高效脫氮特性,在異養(yǎng)硝化過(guò)程中,第24小時(shí)對(duì)NH_4~+-N的去除率分別為90.2%和89.5%;在好氧反硝化過(guò)程中,二者在第24小時(shí)對(duì)NO_3~--N的去除率分別為91.8%和94.0%.復(fù)合菌株XH02+XH03無(wú)論在異養(yǎng)硝化還是好氧反硝化過(guò)程中,均能相互協(xié)同,促進(jìn)生長(zhǎng),進(jìn)一步提高了脫氮效率,在第24小時(shí)對(duì)NH_4~+-N和NO_3~--N的去除率分別達(dá)到97.1%和96.7%.在硝化和反硝化過(guò)程中,菌株FX03對(duì)XH02、XH03均存在著競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系,FX03的存在會(huì)抑制菌株XH02和XH03的生長(zhǎng),顯著降低脫氮效率.研究顯示,異養(yǎng)硝化-好氧反硝化菌XH02和XH03之間的協(xié)同作用可以強(qiáng)化廢水生物處理,提高脫氮效率.
