蒙脫石微囊的制備及其吸附性能研究

【摘要】:以有機改性蒙脫石為囊膜壁殼,采用皮克林乳液法制備蒙脫石微囊。利用光學顯微鏡、掃描電鏡和紅外光譜對所制蒙脫石微囊的形貌和結(jié)構(gòu)進行了表征。通過蒙脫石微囊對亞甲基藍和羅丹明B的吸附行為,探討了其吸附性能。采用單因素法考察了微囊濃度、溶液p H值對染料分子吸附性能的影響。探討了微囊對亞甲基藍和羅丹明B混合染料的選擇性吸附。結(jié)果表明:所制蒙脫石微囊經(jīng)正硅酸乙酯交聯(lián)后形貌保持較完整。微囊的紅外特征吸收峰與蒙脫石特征吸收峰一致。不同微囊濃度和p H值條件下,蒙脫石微囊吸附亞甲基藍和羅丹明B的過程符合一級動力學方程。微囊對亞甲基藍和羅丹明B混合染料的吸附具有選擇性,對亞甲基藍的吸附速率高于羅丹明B。
[Abstract]:Montmorillonite microcapsules were prepared by Pickering emulsion method with organically modified montmorillonite as capsule wall shell. The morphology and structure of montmorillonite microcapsules were characterized by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and infrared spectroscopy. The adsorption properties of methylene blue and rhodamine B on montmorillonite microcapsules were discussed. The effects of microcapsule concentration and pH value on the adsorption properties of dye molecules were investigated by single factor method. The selective adsorption of methylene blue and rhodamine B mixed dye by microcapsules was studied. The results showed that the morphology of the montmorillonite microcapsules was intact after cross-linking with tetraethyl orthosilicate. The infrared characteristic absorption peaks of microcapsules are consistent with those of montmorillonite. The adsorption of methylene blue and rhodamine B by montmorillonite microcapsules was in accordance with the first-order kinetic equation under different microcapsule concentrations and pH values. The adsorption rate of methylene blue and rhodamine B was higher than that of rhodamine B. the adsorption rate of methylene blue was higher than that of rhodamine B.
