布袋除塵器優(yōu)化節(jié)能除塵控制儀的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:針對布袋除塵器在工業(yè)除塵方面的廣泛應(yīng)用,本論文設(shè)計了布袋除塵器優(yōu)化節(jié)能除塵控制儀,其目的是通過提高除塵效率和效果、延長布袋使用壽命、減少除塵器運行阻力帶來的能量消耗,達到優(yōu)化除塵的控制要求。論文首先對課題研究的背景意義及國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進行簡要說明,對布袋除塵器除塵清灰過程進行相應(yīng)研究,設(shè)計了本除塵控制儀的控制系統(tǒng)方案、硬件方案和軟件方案。其次,論文研究過程中完成了控制儀的硬件平臺和軟件程序設(shè)計,并提出了脈沖噴吹清灰模糊智能控制算法和引風(fēng)機PID控制算法。其中,本控制儀硬件系統(tǒng)是基于STM32F4微控制器為核心設(shè)計的,完成了傳感器信號A/D轉(zhuǎn)換、變頻器控制、開關(guān)量輸入輸出、觸摸屏顯示、485通信等電路設(shè)計;軟件設(shè)計中,提出模塊化設(shè)計,對各功能模塊程序分別編寫,完成了系統(tǒng)初始化配置、功能模塊配置、智能脈沖噴吹控制、智能引風(fēng)機控制等程序的編寫。最后,論文對控制儀在實驗室進行了部分調(diào)試聯(lián)合調(diào)試,調(diào)試結(jié)果表明,控制儀抗干擾能力強、運行穩(wěn)定且安全可靠。并通過仿真軟件對引風(fēng)機控制算法進行了仿真,仿真結(jié)果表明控制效果良好。本控制儀具有以下創(chuàng)新點:1.通過模糊算法實現(xiàn)脈沖噴吹控制;2.引風(fēng)機的優(yōu)化節(jié)能控制,根據(jù)專家系統(tǒng)對引風(fēng)機實現(xiàn)了 PID控制;3.硬件結(jié)構(gòu)高度集成,本控制儀集微控制器、傳感器、輸出控制于一體。
[Abstract]:In view of the wide application of bag dust collector in industrial dust removal, this paper designs an optimized energy saving dedusting control instrument for bag dust remover. The purpose of this instrument is to increase the efficiency and effect of dust removal and prolong the service life of cloth bag. Reduce the energy consumption caused by the operation resistance of the precipitator, and achieve the control requirements of optimizing the dust removal. Firstly, this paper briefly explains the background significance of the research and the current research situation at home and abroad, studies the dust removal process of the bag dust collector, and designs the control system scheme, the hardware scheme and the software scheme of the dedusting control instrument. Secondly, the hardware platform and software program of the controller are designed, and the fuzzy intelligent control algorithm and the PID control algorithm are put forward. Among them, this controller hardware system is based on STM32F4 microcontroller as the core design, completed the sensor signal A / D conversion, frequency converter control, switch input and output, touch screen display, 485 communication circuit design; In the software design, the modular design is put forward, and the system initialization configuration, the function module configuration, the intelligent pulse injection control, the intelligent induced fan control and so on are programmed respectively for each functional module program. Finally, part of the controller is debugged and debugged in the laboratory. The debugging results show that the controller has strong anti-jamming ability, stable operation and safe and reliable operation. The control algorithm of induced draft fan is simulated by simulation software, and the simulation results show that the control effect is good. This controller has the following innovations: 1. The pulse injection control is realized by fuzzy algorithm. According to the expert system, the PID control of the induced draft fan is realized by optimizing the energy saving control of the induced fan; 3. The hardware structure is highly integrated, this controller integrates micro-controller, sensor, output control in one.
