釩鉬體系列中低溫SCR脫硝催化劑的研究

【摘要】:氨選擇性催化還原法(NH_3-SCR)脫除NOx是目前主流的固定源NOx脫除技術,該技術的核心是SCR脫硝催化劑。目前商用SCR脫硝催化劑主要是以V_2O_5為活性成分、WO_3(或MoO_3)為助劑、TiO_2為載體的V_2O_5-WO_3(MoO_3)/TiO_2型蜂窩、平板或波紋板式催化劑。該催化劑在燃煤電廠已有廣泛應用,其適用的溫度窗口為300-420℃。當溫度低于300℃時,該催化劑無法適用。然而,當燃煤電廠處于低負荷運行時,煙氣溫度往往會低于300℃,此時常規(guī)SCR脫硝催化劑必須停止使用(停止噴氨);此外,除火電行業(yè)以外,鋼鐵冶煉、玻璃制造等多個行業(yè)的工業(yè)鍋爐其煙氣溫度一般都在300℃以下(如鋼鐵行業(yè)的焦爐煙氣溫度一般為250-300℃,燒結機煙氣溫度一般僅為180-200℃,玻璃窯爐脫硝段煙氣溫度為230-290℃)。基于此,極有必要研發(fā)適用于中低溫(180-300℃)煙氣條件的SCR脫硝催化劑。本文針對中低溫鍋爐煙氣脫硝的技術需求,采用等體積浸漬法,以V_2O_5為活性組分、MoO_3為助劑,制備了高釩高鉬含量的V_2O_5-MoO_3/TiO_2型粉末和平板式SCR脫硝催化劑,考察了活性組分和助劑含量對催化劑活性以及抗SO_2和H_2O中毒性能的影響,對反應前后的催化劑進行了微觀表征,并針對最優(yōu)催化劑研究了其在不同煙氣工況下催化劑的脫硝性能。結果表明,提升V_2O_5負載量可以有效提高催化劑的脫硝活性;MoO_3助劑的添加也可以提高催化劑的脫硝活性,而且會影響催化劑中V~(4+)/V~(5+)比值、化學吸附氧比例等性質,還可效抑制SO_2和H_2O對催化劑的毒化作用。3V_2O_5-10MoO_3/TiO_2平板式催化劑在溫度為200℃、空速為3500 h-1含SO_2和H_2O煙氣條件下,經30天連續(xù)反應,脫硝效率穩(wěn)定維持在82%左右,該催化劑在中低溫下具有優(yōu)異的抗SO_2和H_2O中毒性能以及穩(wěn)定性。最后對開發(fā)的中低溫SCR脫硝催化劑進行了改性研究,考察了前驅物溶液pH、硫酸化處理、金屬氧化物摻雜等改性手段,進一步提高了催化劑的脫硝效率?紤]到精確控制pH與硫酸酸化處理對催化劑效率提升程度較小,而操作工藝較復雜,工業(yè)應用難度較大,最終選擇X金屬氧化物摻雜對催化劑進行改性。在此基礎上考察了改性后的板式催化劑抗SO_2、H_2O中毒特性,以及煙氣工況對其脫硝性能的影響。結果表明改性后的中低溫SCR板式脫硝催化劑保持了原有催化劑優(yōu)異的抗SO_2、H_2O中毒性能,且一定程度提高了催化劑低溫區(qū)的脫硝活性,對煙氣工況有良好的適應性,有望實現(xiàn)工業(yè)推廣生產應用。
