SDS及酶對(duì)熱壓力處理后脫水污泥EPS分布特性的影響

【摘要】:脫水污泥作為污水處理的固體產(chǎn)物,它不僅含有較高的有機(jī)物含量和含水率,而且具有較差的脫水性能,難以有效降低含水率一直以來(lái)都是污泥處置技術(shù)發(fā)展的瓶頸;胞外聚合物(EPS),作為一種高分子的生物聚合體,結(jié)合了污泥中絕大多數(shù)的有機(jī)成分和水,在污泥生成和結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定上起到重要的作用,影響著污泥的沉降和脫水性能,因此對(duì)EPS的研究顯得尤為重要,本文主要對(duì)脫水污泥EPS的提取,EPS中蛋白質(zhì)(PN),多糖(PS)等關(guān)鍵組分的分布特性和理化性質(zhì)作重點(diǎn)分析。本文考察了十二烷基硫酸鈉(SDS)和酶分別促進(jìn)提取污泥EPS的研究,首先細(xì)化分析了SDS和酶分別在不同添加量下對(duì)污泥EPS的影響,結(jié)果表明,50℃時(shí),當(dāng)SDS添加量為0.1 g/g TSS時(shí),SEPS,LB與TB層可溶性PN的含量分別提高了94.3%,97.4%和60.7%;可溶性PS的含量分別提高了170%,128%和86%;在分別添加0.03 g/g TSS中性蛋白酶和α-淀粉酶后,可溶性PN的含量相比對(duì)照組增加了160%和110%,可溶性PS的含量增加了180%和200%,本試驗(yàn)酶的最佳投加量為0.03 g/g TSS。本文還考察了酶和熱壓力聯(lián)合預(yù)處理對(duì)脫水污泥EPS特性的影響,結(jié)合3D-EEM進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果表明,蛋白酶有利于污泥色氨酸類蛋白的釋放;淀粉酶有助于腐植酸的溶出;采用FT-IR分析結(jié)果表明,在75℃,5MPa,污泥EPS中有機(jī)物的整體含量降低了,LB-EPS層有機(jī)官能團(tuán)的種類和數(shù)量明顯減少,熱壓力處理對(duì)污泥EPS有機(jī)物含量影響較大。

It is difficult to reduce water content effectively all the time, which is the bottleneck of sludge disposal technology development. As a kind of macromolecule biological polymer, extracellular polymer (EPS), which combines most of the organic components and water in sludge, plays an important role in sludge formation and structure stability, and affects sludge sedimentation and dewatering performance. Therefore, it is very important to study EPS.
