EAF渣礦相組成及其短期淋溶特性

【摘要】:采用XRD方法研究了EAF渣礦相組成,采用靜態(tài)淋溶實(shí)驗(yàn)方法,研究了液固比、淋溶液初始p H值和淋溶溫度對(duì)EAF渣短期淋溶特性的影響。結(jié)果表明,EAF渣中存在的主要礦物為鎂硅鈣石、硅酸二鈣、鈣鋁黃長(zhǎng)石、磁鐵礦、尖晶石、綠鉻礦和鈣鈦礦。短期淋溶條件下,EAF渣淋溶液呈現(xiàn)強(qiáng)堿性和一定的還原性,EAF渣淋溶液中鉻質(zhì)量濃度隨著液固比的升高而有所降低,強(qiáng)酸或強(qiáng)堿性淋溶液會(huì)在一定程度上提高淋溶液中鉻質(zhì)量濃度,溫度對(duì)淋溶液中鉻質(zhì)量濃度影響較小;淋溶液鉻質(zhì)量濃度不僅受鉻富集相溶解反應(yīng)平衡控制,也受到淋溶液酸性影響,酸性較強(qiáng)時(shí)利于渣中堿性氧化物Cr(OH)3的分解,堿性較強(qiáng)時(shí)利于Cr(OH)4-離子的生成;EAF渣淋溶液中的鉻主要以三價(jià)態(tài)存在,六價(jià)鉻和總鉻質(zhì)量濃度均低于《危險(xiǎn)廢物鑒別標(biāo)準(zhǔn)浸出毒性鑒別》(GB 5085.3—2007)限值,在一定程度上說明EAF渣的短期淋溶毒性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較低。
[Abstract]:The phase composition of EAF slag was studied by XRD method. The effects of liquid-solid ratio, initial pH value of leaching solution and leaching temperature on the short-term leaching characteristics of EAF slag were studied by static leaching test. The results show that the main minerals in EAF slag are magnesite, dicalcium silicate, perovskite, magnetite, spinel, chlorite and perovskite. Under the condition of short-term leaching, the leaching solution of EAF slag showed strong alkalinity and certain reducibility, and the concentration of chromium in the leaching solution of EAF slag decreased with the increase of liquid-solid ratio. Strong acid or strong alkaline leaching solution can increase the concentration of chromium in the leaching solution to a certain extent, and the temperature has little effect on the concentration of chromium in the leaching solution. The concentration of chromium in leaching solution is controlled not only by the equilibrium of chromium concentration phase dissolution, but also by the acidity of leaching solution. When the leaching solution is strong, it is beneficial to the decomposition of basic oxide Cr (OH)-3 in the slag and the formation of Cr (OH)-4-ion when the leaching solution is strong. Chromium in the leaching solution of EAF slag mainly exists in trivalent state, and the mass concentration of hexavalent chromium and total chromium is lower than the limit value of GB 5085.3 / 2007, which is lower than the limit value of Hazardous waste Identification Standard leaching toxicity Identification (GB 5085.3 / 2007). To some extent, the risk of short-term leaching toxicity of EAF slag is lower.
