【摘要】：隨著共享經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,我國企業(yè)正面臨一種新環(huán)境。與過去的商業(yè)關(guān)系相比,利益相關(guān)者間是共生關(guān)系。與此同時,民營經(jīng)濟在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中扮演著重要角色,民營企業(yè)的發(fā)展環(huán)境比以前更加復(fù)雜,民營經(jīng)濟必須對其商業(yè)模式進行再思考,對自身進行調(diào)整以適應(yīng)當(dāng)下商業(yè)模式。共享經(jīng)濟應(yīng)包括產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展之外的社會責(zé)任的共享,把共享經(jīng)濟理念用在處理企業(yè)污染治理問題上,正是迎合了共享經(jīng)濟時代企業(yè)發(fā)展的需求。文章以具有代表性的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)一級民營企業(yè)為研究對象,分析其如何在產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的共享經(jīng)濟格局下基于合作、參與,走出治污困境,這對于我國非公有制企業(yè)在共享經(jīng)濟時代中的發(fā)展極具現(xiàn)實價值。
[Abstract]:With the development of shared economy, Chinese enterprises are facing a new environment. Compared with past business relationships, stakeholders are symbiotic. At the same time, the private economy plays an important role in the economic development. The development environment of the private enterprise is more complex than before. The private economy must rethink its business model and adjust itself to adapt to the current business model. Sharing economy should include the sharing of social responsibility other than industrial development. The idea of shared economy should be used to deal with the problem of enterprise pollution control, which caters to the needs of the development of enterprises in the era of shared economy. Taking the representative township-level private enterprises as the research object, this paper analyzes how to get out of the predicament of pollution control based on cooperation and participation in the shared economic pattern of industrial agglomeration. This is of great practical value to the development of non-public-owned enterprises in the era of shared economy.
